LINKS to Headrest ( Aura - Twilight NP) nasal pillows mask

Links to Aeiomed's HeadRest nasal pillows mask topics. This nasal pillows interface by Aeiomed was originally called the "Aura", then renamed "Headrest. It was marketed by Invacare as the Twilight NP, then marketed later by Evo Medical. It's now back to a previous name - "HeadRest" - and is marketed again by its manufacturer, Aeiomed.
As with any mask, some like it, some don't. Some are modifying it to suit them.

I got the Aura Twilight Everest NP nasal CPAP mask based on all the reports of how comfortable it is. Which it is. But that GAPING exhalation port is not only as noisy as a freaking jet engine, but my S9 reports unacceptable leak with it regardless of setting it at full face, nasal pillows, nasal cpap, etc. In other words, it's too big and does not have 'diffuser' holes like current masks do, to both reduce leak rate AND the turbulent air flow noise. It's a great interface otherwise, but this ridiculous design flaw renders it junk, especially using it with an S9. A shame.

"GAPING" exhalation port?

Just now took a look at several of my Headrest/Aura/Twilight NP (all those names apply to same mask.) The exhaust port on mine has 5 small holes spaced across a solid top -- no "gaping" port that I could see. Does the exhalation port on yours not have 5 little holes on top? If yours doesn't have those little holes, it seems you may have received a defective one?
