Second Aura on the way

Post by Yawning in OK » Sat Mar 26, 2005 6:25 pm

Hi All!

I've been following the threads on the Aura Mask and decided to give it a try. I placed an onder with CPAP.com, but got my order in too late to recieve one from their 3/22 shipment. I called to see when they were expecting another shipment, but they couldn't give me a firm date. So I placed an order with CPAPSuperstore.com, (which had some in stock). Before I could cancel my first order, I received an email stating my order had been shipped!

So, to make a long story short - I got my first Aura mask today, and the second one should be here on Monday! If there's anyone wanting to purchase my second mask, please let me know. If you live in the OKC area, all the better - we can make the exchange in person.......

Out of the box impression is that this is (as RG and others have said) a high quality mask, light weight and comfortable. I am, however, going to have to rig up an adjustment on the strap (behind my head) as I have a small head and I ran out of velcro!

I will try the large pillow tonight, and if it works out, I will have a medium (still in a sealed bag) that I will be willing to trade.

Here's hoping for a leakless good night's sleep..........

Yawning in OK,

I have two medium nasal seals that I've offered for trade earlier. No takers as of yet. My guess is the mediums, for the most part, will go unused. Maybe I'll be able to trade them in on a couple of XLs when they come out.
Sincerely,

Wader,

The going exchange rate is six mediums for one large or three mediums and two large for one X Large.

Yawning in OK, how much to take it of your hands? I wonder though if that would keep my insurance company from reimbursing me

hi,

I don't need your mask, but I live in Edmod and work downtown OKC. Just wanted to say Hi to a fellow Okie.

I did get two offers on my mask, and in all fairness, I will accept the first offer. If, for any reason, the first on doesn't work out, I will of course, take the second offer.

Andy; does that mean I have to buy 5 more masks, so I can trade 6 mediums for a large.

Guest; Nice to hear from a fellow Okie. You're just a stone's throw away from me. May I ask who your DME is? You can PM me if you would like, and if the board will allow that option for guests.

Happy Easter to all!
