I have just been playing with the Aura (just arrived). Reactions:
1) Very comfortable
2) I am having trouble with leaks with both large and medium
3) The biggest problem is the noise on inhalation. It is silent on exhalation. It's not the exhaust vent because there is no noise if I pinch off the lower tubes, My best guess at the moment is that it is coming from the nasal nozzles somehow. Does anybody have any solution?
The noise may be too much for me.
Aura noise?
I have just checked out the Aura ~ sure sounds great! I wonder if the nasal prongs may be too big for you. I recall reading somewhere that they have a small size (which I know I will need).
They have a toll free number - (866) 722-2507. You can also click on "contact us" at the bottom of their webpage and direct your comments from there. I'm sure they'll be willing and able to help you, especially if they want to stay in business.
Good luck. I'll be interested in hearing how you make out.

re: 2) My guess is most men will do better with the XL nasal seal. Per the usual sizing instructions the large is what most manufacturers would recomend, but most of us real users know that one size up from normal works better. I am able to fix seal problems by using AYR gel and by grasping each pillow between my thumb and fore finger and tilting the pillows until they seat on my nares. This is very easy to correct as needed. You can also make fine adjustments to the aspect of the pillows by bending the embeded metal wires. The small and XL pillows are schedualed to be available later this year.
re: 3) The noise on inhalation IS coming from the exhaust ports. You can confirm this by holding the flat palm of your hand parallel to your forehead in front of the exhaust ports. This refects the sound and makes it clear that it is coming from the exhaust ports. I mentioned this fact in my first impressions post because it was obvious to me when I first tried the aura. Since I have been using it, I have noticed it less. My guess is that during sleep when inhalation in much shallower than while awake, the noise should be less noticable.
