Rested Gal:
Can you compare the size of the Aura pillows to those of the Swift?
I currently have a Swift and use the "large" size pillow. How close in size is this to the "large" on the Aura? I'm tempted to try the Aura but don't want to spend the coin if the "large" on the Aura is smaller than "large" on Swift.
Thanks!

WillSucceed,
Is step in for RG if that's OK. The pillow sizes compare like this:
The aura large has the same opening as the breeze XL but the pillow part is smaller. The aura large is in between the Swift medium and large.
It would be nice if the pillow sizes were mor standardized, but I assume companies size them bases on what they think will be best for there market.

As best I can tell, I think Wader's description of the Aura large pillows being between the size of the Swifts "medium and large" is on target.
WillSucceed, I wear the medium in the Swift, large with Breeze and large with Aura. My nares (just measured them with folded paper a few minutes ago...lol) seem to be 10mm tall and 7mm wide at the base's widest part. That's if I really knew what I was looking at on a ruler that has mm cm ticked off.
It's beginning to look as if anyone, especially men, with large nares should probably hold off until Aeiomed comes out with Extra Large pillows. And if the Extra Large they are developing aren't a WHOLE LOT BIGGER than their present "large", they might not work well at all for some with big nares. That will be a shame, because it's an otherwise great interface - and the market for men cpap users is what they really need to be targeting. They probably think they already are targeting the largest cpap population. But not with their current size "large", imho.
