As of April 2006, this thread caused me to waste some time, so hear is what I found out:

Cpapsuperstore no longer has the return on the mask. Aeiomed had no choice but to discontinue it. This was due to different suppliers stating to Aeiomed that Resmed had forced their hand and if they did not stop accepting returns then Resmed would pull their line from them. This is what I was told, I am not reporting it as fact, but it is a fact that you can no longer return your Aura / Everest Headrest to cpapsuperstore. Just thought I would share my recent experiences.
