Aura XLarge in about 5 weeks
Aura XLarge in about 5 weeks
Per phone conversation with Aeiomed, "in about five weeks" the XLarge pillows will be available. They have "not yet decided" whether to charge existing customers for the XLarge size.

If a customer has ordered and paid for their original mask that they can't use since if doesn't fit properly, it would seem the least Aeiomed could do at this time for good PR would be to offer the XLarge nasalpiece at no charge to the ones that have already purchased the mask since they didn't have the option of this new size choice at the time of their purchase. However, anyone purchasing the mask after this would have that option when they select their size. Of course, this is just my opinion on Aeiomed resolving the issue and having satisfied customers for whatever it's worth.

For those of you who have tried the Aura and have been unsuccessful, make sure you have tried the fix of the stretchy material band around the cannula. I'm not convinced the size of cannula is nearly as important as the stretchy band. I have found there is no need to bend the wires etc. to get a great seal all night, but I must use band, without it I get only mediocre results. The Aura is so much more comfortable than my Breeze or Activa, and it seals much better as well. But I MUST use the band, without it the Aura is useless for me.
Good luck,

They are already available and I've been using them for months. They're even sold on this site. https://www.cpap.com/productpage/nasal- ... drest.html
Why are they telling you five more weeks? Did I miss something?
