Has cpap.com made similar arrangements with Aeiomed to allow purchasers of Aura to return them to cpap.com for full credit?

Mr X did call back to me and he spoke with Bill at cpapsuperstore and anyone could send their Aura mask back for a full refund if they were not happy. If I had to guess you would have to pay shipping charges. Which is fine with me. I DO NOT know if MR X made any arrangements with the owner of cpap.pap.com. But he told me he would speak to him.
Does cpap.com accept return of Aura?
Well if cpapsuperstore accepts used masks back, the site clearly says it does not. Here is the link.. http://www.cpapsuperstore.com/Merchant2 ... merService
This is specifically regarding the Aura. The only reason is that the manufacturer will take them back from them. As this conversation occured Friday, I am sure they haven't had the time, nor the inclination to change their site.
The ONLY reason I see the possibility of returning is to address their lack of xlarge. It would behoove them to get them out ASAP.

Yeah Mike, I agree with you that this return policy,*FOR THE AURA only*, on the part of cpapsuperstore, is due to *a one time* SPECIAL AGREED UPON REIMBURSEMENT TERMS BETWEEN THE MANUFACTURER (AEIOMED) AND THE RETAILER (CPAPSUPERSTORE).
It would be nice to be able to return masks for some *special* reason and let the manufacturer "sanitize" them the way sleep centers do and as described in RedMed's Activa booklet on page 7 titled "Cleaning the Mask Between Patients." Then they can be resold at a reduced price to, primarily, DMEs , or better yet, perhaps given to DMEs or to adequately documented financially needy patients with the manufacturer getting a tax break for a charitable deduction.
