DoriC wrote:Mark, On my Statistic Page under Most Recent, Average Total Leaks and 95% Total Leaks both have 0 data, all the other data in that column is listed. The other columns,7 Days,30 Days, etc, all have data marked. I just switched from our PR to the S9 3 nights ago if that makes a difference. We're also using cpap with the S9 now.. Do I have to change something in Preferences? Thanks.

The S9 doesn't record Total leaks, which is why it won't show there.. :-/

The next update will however have unintentional leaks calculations for PRS1..

I've just got to get in the right frame of mind to work on that code..

I've just downloaded SleepyHead for the first time as i'm an F&P Icon user. However, when i try to import data, i keep getting an error message saying 'Import Problem. Couldn't find any new machine data at the locations given'. I'm definitely pointing to the right folder.

Point to the SD card, not a folder on the card.

Ok, i'm pointing to the drive letter E: which is where the F&P is showing up. Is this correct. Btw, i'm running this on VMWare on a mac. Could this be causing any issues?

F& P support is very, very new. I didn't even realize that Mark had made it available yet for Icon users.
Might want to wait and see if he has for sure added F & P support.
Also...just in case...did you make sure you got Jimbo's Mac build and not the Windows build?

Try the Mac version.

P.S. Ooops! I just realized that the latest Mac build does not have the F&P Icon code. I'm checking with Mark when he wants to see a new build uploaded. You may have to wait a few days to see the F&P Icon support in the Mac build.

Sorry Guys..

F&P support is still source code only for now.. It does work, but it still needs unintentional leaks calcs just like the PRS1, so I've been trying to finish that section first. And flow waveform still needs to be decoded.

Once I get the Unintentional leaks and the S9 Daylight Savings Time double-up bugs fixed I'll release a new build..

The F&P flow waveform can wait till later, it will just require a purge and reimport..

I'm just a little extra foggy at the moment and it's slowing me down :}

I just wanted to say I downloaded and installed sleepy head. It works great. I am truly amazed at how awesome this program is. HUGE thanks to those that have put so much effort into this. Be looking for my modest contribution to the program via paypal.

Thanks again.

EDIT: Hmm... I cant seem to find a donate button anywhere. Are you accepting donations for the project?

If I am concerned with leaks, where and what should I be looking for in the data?

Total Leaks is the value to look at for your machine.

In your mask brochure, there should be a table or graph showing acceptable leaks by pressure.

For instance, Unintentional leaks for the very common SwiftFX mask start at around 29L/min at 4cmH2O, and go up to 49L/min at maximum pressure.

Each mask is different, and this is why SleepyHead doesn't automatically do this for you (yet).

If your total leaks is under the mask curve for the current pressure most of the time, your doing quite alright..

Thanks Jedimark. That is a new bit of information. I checked out the Respironics site. I didn't have the resistance set up correctly, should be X1 (didn't know what that meant when I looked at the display). For my profile lite it can run from 13-52. I averaged 22 last night. I have the machine on automatic and it is consistently running a lower pressure that my prescribed pressure of 13. I think I am doing ok.

Also, the mask literature that came with it didn't explain about the "pressure ports" that have little caps on them that always come loose. Now, at least, I know what they are and that they should be closed!

Yesterday when I imported my data to SleepyHead, it shoed my data and generated ALL of the graphs. Now this morning, I tried to import last nights data it only seems to import my AHI and a few other things but will not generate any graphs. It keeps showing that floating box that says no data. The only thing that I can think that I did differently between the two nights is the fact that I didn't put the SD card in my machine as I slept last night like I did the night before. Could this be my problem? Do I need to make sure that the SD card is in the machine when I go to sleep every night in order to have the data available the next morning?

Yup.. Your card has to be in your xPAP machine every night..

If you leave your card out on ResMed machines, you will unfortunately only get summary data, which means no daily graphs. You will get AHI, and some overview graph data.
The same applies to PRS1 machines, although it's a little more forgiving.. it usually it writes basic daily graphs out too, but with no flow waveform.
I haven't tried to see what happens yet on Intellipap..

I wish it wasn't so darn easy to forget.. I leave the darn card in the computer quite regularly. I'm sure my neighbours are sick of hearing the loud "Doh!" the morning after every time I do it..

(I've found I am 10 times more likely to have done it when I have a "miracle" day, so I've got no decent data to compare against, to find what the heck I did right..)

That's what I thought. Thanks for your help. I will be sure to put it in every night from now on.
