Glad to see you diving into the clinical manuals. I think everybody should keep a copy of the manuals on hand for reference.
There are also a lot of YouTube videos that do a pretty good job of demonstrating and explaining clinical settings.

When I make pressure changes that could get into my head, I found that if I made the changes at bedtime then immediately went to bed, I would dwell on the new pressure. That alone was enough to psyche me out.
I started making configuration changes in the morning, forgot about the changes and didn't even think about the changes at bedtime.
Glad you're getting the Resmed Airsense 10 AutoSet for Her. It's the machine I use and one of the most popular and most recommended device on the forum.That is interesting that my chart looks similar to yours. I am using Dreamstation right now, but have a used Res Med Air Sense 10 AutoSet for her that will be arrived here on Tuesday. I bought it used from MetsFan on this forum. I am hoping that it might help me more than Dreamstation has so far.
One suggestion, consider renaming this topic something more representative and of its new role.
