I am glad that I read this thread this morning. Guess where my SD card was? Yep still in the computer. Guess where it is now? Yep back in the machine.

Thanks

This is why I decided to use Flash Air cards in our machines. Think of the problems I would have trying to move two cards back and forth and trying to remember to put them back in the right machine every time.

:D yep Ive certainly sneezed into a p10, got pretty messy. In fact gross.
Last nights graphs attached, thanks again for attending to my sleep chart. This forum
has been infinitely helpful and has definitely made huge improvements in my sleep quality.
why, how dare you! coming in here on FEB 5, mind, then posting good numbers not even a week later? it's just this sort of behavior that makes me so, so, so-

HAPPY!!

and you say huge improvements in your sleep quality? that's the best news of all, because the numbers don't tell the whole story.

good job!

sleepyhead charts

Might have to try a smaller nose mask. Currently using the extra large.
Ill try the large one tonight.

with hindsight, the smaller nose fitting was too small and obstructed airflow through my nose.
The larger was better as long as adjusted correctly and not too tight.

sleepyhead reading graphs

Post by Marcusstephen » Thu Feb 21, 2019 2:31 pm

the first graph is using the P10 nasal pillow mask (this morning) which is really the most comfortable mask for me.

the second graph is the night before using the wisp which is a good mask only difficult to get the adjustment right.

About all you can do is bump the minimum pressure up some more, and see if that smooths things out.

Definitely sleeping longer and better with the P10 nasal pillows and your suggestion Palerider to up the
lower setting to 9.
