Better, but get rid of the completely useless AHI graph, and the snore graph, and make the others larger.

Those last 4 graphs are fine. That's all we need for now and if we need others we can ask.
Respironics machines don't give us a flow limitation graph but instead they just flag the flow limitations on the Events graph.

Keep the higher minimum tonight and let's see what happens tonight.

Those are the ones that are needed... It's *VERY* rare that any of the other charts have anything useful on them, but if so, they'll be requested.

The AHI chart is possibly the most useless one... it doesn't tell you anything other than "oh, look, there were a bunch of events", which are easy to see just looking at the event flags at the top :D

Just attaching last nights graphs and it wasn't a great night or i have woken
feeling like i didn't sleep so well. I forgot to tighten my mask last night which
resulted in more leaks and a PB event.
regards Mark

well, i can't speak to the leaks. not enough knowledge. pugsy or palerider or someone else will no doubt comment.

i just want to give you encouragement. this really isn't that much worse as far as your ahi number goes. two things i've learned here at the forum-

1. we are all squigy bags of meat.

2. because of 1., we don't sleep the same way each night, unfortunately. this was driven home to me just this morning. my ahi had been trending downwards for an average of 0.75. i looked this morning and it was 2.19!!

usually, when my ahi takes a dump like that, it's because of poor diet. i have a tendency to stuff my face and/or drink red wine too close to bed time, on occasion. but that didn't happen last night. i made no changes to my machine or my routine.

sometimes, this just happens. it's frustrating when you first start out. believe me, i KNOW.

so, let it go and let's see some more charts.

oh! btw, if you want, you can go to you tube and see if your mask has any fitting videos there.
people say i'm self absorbed.
but that's enough about them.

That little tiny bit of large leak or PB doesn't even cause me to raise an eyebrow.

The overall leak total leak line itself (that top line and the bottom excess only leak line) does make me raise an eyebrow though. Not because it was in large leak territory but because it is all over the place and we can't really blame it on the pressure increasing all the time to cause the total leak to bounce around so much.
Since you mention you forgot to adjust the tension optimally...that probably explains it.
It wouldn't be impossible for leaks to affect your sleep quality and thus how you feel today.
Meaning even though not necessarily technically in large leak territory...still potentially annoying and disturbing sleep.
Any leak (big or small) that disturbs our sleep is unwanted.

Don't change anything....except make sure the mask is adjusted better tonight and lets see what the report shows tomorrow and how you slept.

Yes, that's not a bad chart... Could be better, sure... But nothing to sneeze at.

if you wear nasal pillows, you really shouldn't sneeze at anything.

a better night last night even though i was restless for much of it and
compelled to lay face down for some reason. I put it down to a late coffee
but feel more refreshed this morning. Thank you to the advisors here.
I am attaching last nights graph.
Thank you Pugsy and Palerider. :D
