Well, I can tell you in a full face mask, a wet sneeze isn't so good either.

Who would have thought it would be this challenging to sleep and breathe at the same time?

So how did you sleep last night and how do you feel today?
I see some breaks in therapy...any special reason?

and you say huge improvements in your sleep quality? that's the best news of all, because the numbers don't tell the whole story.
good job!

Hi Pugsy. I woke a few times for a pee but got back to sleep eventually.
I had a good sleep and feel pretty good today.
thank you, You have been incredibly helpful and I will pay it forward and pass what i have learned, on
to others that i know are struggling with sleep apnea.

Hey Zonker, thanks for the encouragement. The good numbers are a consequence of excellent help here onzonker wrote: ↑Sun Feb 10, 2019 5:11 pmwhy, how dare you! coming in here on FEB 5, mind, then posting good numbers not even a week later? it's just this sort of behavior that makes me so, so, so-Marcusstephen wrote: ↑Sun Feb 10, 2019 3:49 pmyep Ive certainly sneezed into a p10, got pretty messy. I forget your age or even gender.
Are you male and of an age where the nighttime pee breaks are related to the prostate?

Re: dream mapper reading charts
Okay. Just wanted to make sure because nocturia is also a sign of sleep apnea and might indicate sub optimal therapy but I just didn't see it on your reports. That's why I asked.
And just because the PSA thing is within normal limits doesn't mean the prostate can't be a factor in nocturia or frequent peeing in general.
Just ask my husband.
BPH can and will happen without it causing changes in the PSA to alarm people.

its been cracked up to be
.

Todays graph isn't as good as yesterday and i feel like last night was definitely not as good.
not feeling as rested today, but you can't have every day I guess.

Don't feel bad...been at this nearly 10 years ago and just last week I did the same thing.
I have lost count of the number of times I left the SD card in the computer.
