a box with two of them in it. a 37208 is a tri pack:
37208;Resmed;AirSense 10 AutoSet tri-pack
the DMEs probably get a better price buying in bulk.

Only difference is that the Resmed is making more profit. So, Resmed values their profit above your therapy. It's that simple.

Closing the loop on my situation. Talked to the the DME main office (DASCO) and reiterated what I wanted (Autoset) and the lady said she'd have to get permission from her manager (I feel like I'm buying a car). After I hung up, I contacted another DME in the area who takes Tricare and they assured me if I sent them the prescription they'd give me what I wanted. No sooner had I hung up from that call when the local DASCO office called and said "Come in and we'll exchange your machine" - YAY! I was there in 20 minutes and am now the proud owner of a Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset (not "for her", but I'm thrilled) Thanks for all the help and encouragement; I'm going to fill out my equipment profile now......
