That's kind of you to say, but even if you're right, it doesn't justify or excuse bad behavior or name calling.

Sadly it's come to this... last week it was Den who finally had enough... this week it's Pugsy. And poor Maddy... who has never said a mean thing on this forum has to defend herself. Ugh! If Pugsy is really serious about leaving, which I and many others hope isn't true, I'm going to call out every one of the "little" people who have finally pushed them out, along with pushing out all the new people who have come here for help and support. If it wasn't so sad, it would be funny... those "little" people talk about other people... and have no idea they are talking about themselves!

You were one of the pushers by trolling for drama.

Pugsy saved me from giving up CPAP, and her leaving is probably going to lead me to do the same.

I have noticed that folks seeking help themselves seem less tolerant, less likely to leave enough detail and highly likely to just post a complaint and then never come back.

Online boards are the sum total of the people that inhabit them. Losing Pugsy is a crying shame and an indictment of what this board has become. Sad

As an "outsider" and a newbie, I don't have a dog in this fight. I hardly even know what the fight is.

All I can offer is this: There are a lot of great people here who are extremely helpful...that much is obvious. It is also obvious that there are a lot of "sensitive" people, and a lot of "opinionated" people...and I get the sense that there has been a lot of other conflicts in the past. But you know what? None of that matters. We can all learn from people, new or experienced. And we can all help people, new to the forum or experienced. That is what we are here for. All this inside baseball and conflict crap does is scare newcomers away. If someone says something you don't agree with, respectfully reply and move on with life. If it doesn't dignify a response, ignore the trolls...it isn't worth the stress.

I hope everyone sticks around and acts like the grown-ups we are supposed to be.

I hate to see you go. Don't blame you. But I do want to thank you for pointing me in the right directions and giving me hope and some education. I would not be anywhere close to where I am in maximizing my therapy if it wasn't for you. You were the primary one that stood up and helped me when I desperately needed it. And I am grateful. So thank you. I hope you change your mind. You are doing more good on here than you can possibly know.

I am taking my advice to you and looking in the mirror too.

garagelogician- for me the problem with sticking around is that at my age I get to choose who I hang around with, sensitive or what ever they want to call it. 90+% of my benefit here has come from Pugsy and now that is gone. The remaining 10% I will have to do without, I refuse to hang around with people that I would not give the time of day to IRL. I just choose to not see my world that way

Flash - Cpapguy is not going to be leaving here anytime soon... with or without Pugsy .

Actually I believe it does - read the 1st note again (from Madalot). She's referring directly to someone leaving and I don't think she meant Pugsy - that came later, but if I'm wrong, terrific, because I've been beating myself up all day for having started things (see the other thread I assumed was involved).
