You could try staples...just kidding

make sure you have the correct sized pillows, if you have long hair, you may want to try using berrets to keep the straps in place. Do you have the hose going over your head, or hanging loose? When I just let my hose down and tied it up so that there is enough slack to toss and turn, I stopped having the problem of the mask coming loose.

The Swift II has three sizes S,M,L. if the DME set you up, it's possible that you were given the wrong size.

any my fix which is mentioned in the thread by ufo13 - I have 2 pieces of elastic tied together - one is black (wider) and one is white (narrower) but that doesn't matter - just what I had at the time. I put one of the bands above my ears(didn't work well with teddy) and the other around the base of my head. Even when the headgear slipped, the pillow didn't come off my nose. I no longer use the swift. I also had moleskin on the straps but toe pillows or pad a cheeks would help too.
