Welcome to the forum.

Overall, your report looks very good.
Your AHI is excellent.
Your leak line is a little erratic, but still pretty good.
Your snoring is a little high, but that may come down with time. If you're not doing nasal cleansing before bedtime, you might try that. Nasal stuffiness can increase snoring.

Best wishes.

Popotti,
That leak rate is very high. You should be abale to hear the air escaping. Can you hear a difference in the sound when you relocate the mask to give you some hints?

Ideally, the leak line should be as flat as possible. However, there are lots of things that affect that, like mask type, mask fit, tossing and turning during the night, types of pillow used, and probably many others. These things are going to vary from night to night and if your overall leak number stays about where it's at, you'll be fine. If you get any "Large Leaks", they will appear in the upper part of that leak report where it says "PC". Even some occasional Large Leaks aren't necessarily "bad". Most of us get them from time to time. They usually occur when our mask becomes dislodged during deep sleep or some tossing and turning.

In my first year, I had some pretty large snoring numbers but very low AHI numbers.......so, in your case, as long as you're sleeping well and feeling good, I wouldn't worry about the snoring......unless you have a bed partner who complains about it. In any case, it is probably better than before you started therapy.

Not if he's in deep sleep. His overall leak number is not that bad and the machine will compensate for the leakage. He's still getting air and not having "Large Leaks". See how abruptly the leak lines go up and back down? That indicates to me that the person is probably sound asleep.
I've slept through some pretty horrendous leakage in my years of CPAP usage and never knew it happened until I looked at my reports in the mornings. I just make sure that my machine is configured to keep blowing air in the case of Large Leaks so I'll keep getting air to breathe. I don't want some alarm waking me up out of a sound sleep.

Good points, Den.
I stand corrected.

Gerry,

I don't know if you realize this or not.

Respironics machines report the actual flow rate so many times it will be 40 or more depending on the pressure and mask.

Resmed machines report excess over the mask in the menu so we tend to see that line on people's reports at 24 (their magic .4 l/sec converted to l/min).
