i only get a single line in my leak graph on 9.2, where I got a double line on 8.8. Why is this?

The mac version is crashing on data import for me - is anyone else seeing that? Has it been reported yet? Is this the best way to report issues like this?

I'm pretty sure I've deleted all previous SleepyHead data, pref files, etc. and reinstalled using the latest installer (0.9.1). The install goes fine and the app launches - but when I got to import data off my sim card, right at the very end the app crashes and on relaunch there is no data for me to view - so I'm stuck.

Would crash logs help here? Let me know.

- thanks - Roger

I should have added that I'm running Mac OS X Lion 10.7.2 on an MacBook Pro with the 2.2 GHz Intel Core i7 processor (so 64 bit). This crash wasn't happening on the version of SleepyHead I was running before I upgraded to the 0.9.1 version - I believe my previous version was 0.8.3 or 0.8.5 (sorry, can't remember or sure). Let me know what other info helps

FYI, I found the mac version of the 0.9.2 installer on sourceforge - repeated clean install process (to the best of my ability) - no change in behavior - app still crashing on data import.

I am having the same issues with my IMAC and Lion. I have opened a bug with Mark.

You might try going to preferences and turning off Multi-Threading. Didn't help me but its worth a try.

Look at BreatheJimbos Mac post and see if that can help you.

Thanks woodenbuick - what bug system are people using? I'd be happy to open a bug too rather then just reporting problems here if that is the preferred system.

Because Unintentional Leaks for SleepyHead 0.8.8 were not accurate for APAP and greater machines, only CPAP.

The last thing I want to show is knowingly dodgy information..

Currently working on a solution for the next build..

Thanks JediMark - that's just what I needed! And also - woodenbuick's tip about turning off multi-threading actually stopped the crasher for me - so perhaps my issue is different?

Are there other mac users out there having crashes?

The download triggered a threat alert from Webroot's "SecureAnywhere" software. Reporting: "W32.suspicious.Heur.file"

Comments??

Webroot will flag anything that it isn't sure of. Better safe than sorry in their mind.
Tell it to ignore or add to exceptions list and forget it.

It's saying it's got a file it's hueristics engine doesn't know what to do with, or worse, it's a sign you've got malware infestation on your computer..

I assure you it's not coming from SleepyHead (the source code is open and online for inspection)

In the really old versions used UPX binary compression, which triggered some antivirus software, as it compressed the executable in a way that AntiVirus software couldn't examine it, therefore their heuristics engines flagged it because they didn't know what to do. I haven't used UPX since 0.8.4..

Since the 0.9.1 beta, I started using a standard proven windows install builder, Inno setup.
The uninstall binary put in place by Inno could be UPX packed..? (It's generated by the install builder software)

Unless anyone else has similar problems, I'd suggest it's time to invest in some better quality antivirus software..
WebRoot's never been known for being all that reliable.. (I'm speaking from experience as a former IT tech)

I think there are a few.. Seems to be different bugs

Half the problem is I haven't got access to a mac to test it properly, the other half is I can't replicate the bugs on the other platforms. :-/

Jimbo's doing an awesome job of pre-testing and creating the builds, but he probably needs access to a few alternative data sets to test with on mac..
But I don't wanna load the poor guy up with too much.. He's been MEGA helpful getting this as far as it's got on mac. (Thank you MUCHLY Jimbo!!!)

For the techie types, Using QtCreator (in QtSDK), with SleepyHead sourcecode from git, you can pinpoint the faulty line or section of code when it fails if run in debug mode.. :-/ Unfortunately it requires a rather large install setup on mac.. (including X-code from Apple store, and the QtSDK install.. a few gigabytes all up)

If folks who are experiencing crashes with the Mac builds can compress their data into a zipfile, put it on a download site, and send me a download link, I would be willing to see whether I can recreate the crashes, and to work with Mark to identify and solve the problems.

Many download sites exist. For example, http://www.megaupload.com/ . You can also use a MobileMe Public iDisk directory or something like that. Not sure whether DropBox provides such a download link service.

If you know how to zip up your SD card, use a download service, and will let me play with your data in an attempt to replicate your crashes, send me a PM.

Before you go down this road, please make absolutely sure that you have tried the most recent full version of the 0.9.2 DMG file on SourceForge. It has been updated at least once with no incrementing of the version number.

N.B. This is directed to other Mac OS X users only.

SPO2 display problem.

Post by archangle » Mon Jan 16, 2012 10:34 pm

I'm using a CMS-50D+. I'm using it in "live mode," i.e. put on pulseox, go to the SH oximetry screen, click on "start live."

I get a valid display of data on the oximetry screen, then click the save icon.

When I look at SPO2 on the daily screen, the scale is all screwed up like this:
