I wouldn't think so, but Feds have a choice up to about 20 insurance plans available, depending on where they live. Some are local area plans, HMO and otherwise, and some of those may be more restrictive. I've had BCBS for about the past 20 years or more so have no idea what the intricacies of the other plans are like.

I sort of meant that question as rhetorical. In no case, would the follow-up to a diagnostic sleep study be "was given a CPAP, with careful instructions".

In a couple of the later posts, the OP all but winked at us.
