ResScan Software Download

Hi,
I am picking up my first CPAP machine tomorrow. It will be a resmed s9, and I would love to have the resmed data program so I can hit the ground running.

I'd love a PM too...I'm on version 3.14.017 and every time I click to start the darn thing it tells me my comp is installing it, then an error that it cannot find the file...and if I just hit "cancel", then the dang software will start opening...and then it goes through trying to install, and error again as it loads, I hit "cancel" again, and then I'm in! Lol, it's functional, but frustrating.

Me too please. I am also having the problem with the software wanting to re-install itself every time I run it. This started when I upgraded to Windows 8.

Two weeks using S9 and would also appreciate a link to resscan.

Hi 6ptstar,

I started using a Phillips REMstar Auto A-Flex machine last week. I'm kind of geeky (by training) and anxious to decode the historical data. The brick screen is nice, but I want to see the trending data. Please be so kind as to send me a reference to the appropriate software. It seems that sleepyhead doesn't support my machine.
BTW, who pays for this forum? Do they take donations?

Sleepyhead should work with your machine but if it is the series 60 machine you have to have the patch to make it work. Encore Basic will also work with your machine. Check your PM's for a link to Encore Basic.
