Good Afternoon all,
spent over an hour trying to get ResScan downloaded to my tablet at the DME with no success. Help from you all would be appreciated! Send me a PM. His actual disk with an employee on another island and the transfer with lots of other patient data was not a happening deal.

No, ResScan is for ResMed machines.
You have a Respironics machine...and the model you have does not collect any data that would help you out.
All it collects is how many hours you use the machine each night.
The Phillips Respironics System One Remstar Plus CPAP....will be either model 250 or 260....doesn't gather any efficacy data.
You need at least model 450 or higher to have any useful data.

Respironics machines that gather full data (model 450 or higher) can use Encore software or SleepyHead for the System One models but the software only reports what the machine gathers.
I can help with Encore software (free) but it won't show you anything. If you just got this new machine maybe you could get it swapped out for a full data machine.
