What, this could be a GOOD idea!
Well, yes and no. Believe me, I understand its appeal, but I think that might go a little too far.
But we must remember:
"Extremism in the defense of liberty is no vice. Tolerance in the face of tyranny is no virtue."

When it is impracticable to obtain permission, you should consider avoiding the use of copyrighted material unless you are confident that the doctrine of fair use would apply to the situation.--

NPR plays the recording of the quote before their weekly political junkies show. But I assume they received permission:)
In this case, I doubt the copyright police will be coming after Mollete.

My assumption was that Mollete might be considering a critical review of someone's "pamphlet," a review that might or might not contain extensive quotation of the copyrighted work.
I would never, of course, encourage such a thing, myself, especially not on the Internet--unless, of course, ALLthe principles of fair use were FULLY respected.
But maybe my assumption was wrong. My assumptions often are.
Either way, I hope carbonman has the kernels and oil ready.

I'm beginning to think we don't need popcorn,
we need to get the poop on the scoop.....
and clean up a bit.
This whole thing is really beginning to stink.

to see or feel those changes, you'll never know what you're capable of."
I said that.

I agree with Carbonman.
I edited out the contact information that was posted. One thing that will get me to edit a thread is when contact information about another member is posted.
I am locking this thread. Move on, there is nothing more to see here.
