Ooops, the registration card..

There isn't any special place to figure out what it all means. Remember this software was designed for the medical community who would be expected to already know the Basics.

In my signature line...take a look at the Sleepyhead Glossary..when we made that glossary we took information from both Respironics and ResMed's software terminology. It will help you understand the terminology anyway.
Also take a look at the SleepyHead under construction thread..while originally written for SH the basics apply to any software data.

What we normally do is ask a member to start a new thread about their own reports and post an image of what they are seeing and ask questions about what needs clarification (after they have hopefully read the glossary).
It's really pretty simple once you understand what your machine is reporting.

Keep AHI below 5 and stay out of large leak territory and avoid clusters of events that are present all the time...
and watch for patterns of oddball stuff that you might not understand.

You can make it as simple as you want it or as complicated...I choose simple because I am lazy at heart.

Which software gives more information? Sleepyhead or Encore Basic? Can someone send me the link to the Encore Basic software please?

My understanding is that Sleepyhead will give more information but for me it is a bit harder to understand. Check your PM's for the link to Encore Basic.
