Check your private messages.

You might also like to try SleepyHead. You will need the 60 series Patch file though.

Thanks for the link- worked out great.
Found out my AHI ?? was 0.5 Don't know what that means exactly at this point, but I'm learning.
I tried to add my equipment- but my machine doesn't show up for some reason..I mean it's there on the list and I pick it but then when I look at my posts it's not there. *shrug* I don't participate in forums too much, so I'll fumble along until I get it figured out. Thanks again- sleep well

Just came home with my Respironics REMstar Auto A-Flex yesterday. Cleaned everything, hooked it along with my Zeo Sleep manager up, and completed my first nights sleep.

Didn't go too well. Experienced chipmonk cheeks too. Sleep under four hours and felt really groggy this am. Understand it will take time and the groggy feel may be sleep debt. I would love to look under the covers and compare it to my Zeo data for the night.

Googled Encore Basic but did not find what I'm looking for. Seems like I need the special link.

((Hat in hand)) Would you please email me the link to the software?

I look forward to spending this snowy day in the NE reading through the board...

EDITED:: Running Window 7 - 32bit - :^)

If you will scroll up just a little to my post not far above yours you will find a way to get Encore Basic.
I can't send you a link because you didn't register and I can't PM you.
So...just read my older post and you will find what you want. I think 3rd or 4th post above yours here.

Thanks, PM me your paypal email
my DME gave me a used machine - 650 blower hours and billed my ins for new, until they can verify I am complaint or some other such noise
the unit they gave me had a filled out paper registration card from another user and the SD card contained 100+ days of data

Has anyone heard of this

Yeah, it happens often. And probably a lot of people never catch it.

Encore Basic will give you your total therapy hours and you can then figure out the prior hours.
If they erased the therapy data from the prior owner it won't show up on the Encore reports but the total run hours on the machine can't be changed...So if your total therapy hours per Encore shows 200 hours and the machine is now showing 850 hours...you have your proof.

Now they may have been so stupid as to not erase the therapy data from the machine and your reports will show the old summary usage from past user...then you really have them by the short hairs.

No need to pay me anything. Give it to a good charity the next time you run across one or if you are animal lover like me...donate something to your local animal shelter and I will smile and be happy.

If you have trouble with Basic let me know. It can be a bit tricky but the Help section pretty much covers all the important stuff.

No, it isn't the norm but there is nothing personally identifiable about a particular person in that data. No way for anyone to really find out who it belongs to. A person would need access to a lot of different information that is just not kept on the web.
I could give you my machine and there is no way it would be traced back to me by my old data.

You will eventually want to erase that old data from the machine (if you keep it) so your data won't get mixed up with the old stuff but if you have your own separate compliance requirements for your own insurance you wouldn't want to do that until those requirements have been satisfied.
It's easy to erase the data...that choice is a clinical menu choice under the Info menu screen.
Surprised they didn't do it....but it gives you all the ammunition in the world and they cannot dispute a thing.

Here is the interesting part,
I also have the paper registration card for the machine. which was filled out by the former user, containing name address phone number,

I just find this very odd practice that a DME would do something like this

do you have any tips on where I can go to understand the data presented in basic to me
