Actually, I'm looking at this bad boy.

Ours for a mere $14K.....coupled w/this for the next category thread...

a four compartment preheater........for about page 7......only an additional $500.
Keep those cards and letters coming.
I hope that one is heavy duty as it will be put to a lot of use here ---- every time one of these newbies think they know it all ---------
Do you think cpap.com will pay for that? I don't think Really has gotten enough donations today to pay for it but then who am I to know.

Thanks for your input and ideas. You are welcome to make as many suggestions as you like.
But if it is a matter of your being unable to find the beauty in the present retro approach (I like to think of it as somewhere between free-form jazz and hillbilly hootenanny, maybe a little like an old-fashioned Native American powwow), I suggest you try to learn to find the beauty in the anarchy. It has its own pattern that it may take some time for you to pick up on. Keep listening, and you will learn to enjoy it, as so many of the rest of us have.
With many of the less-successful apnea forums, categories have come to define them. The format here tends to set this place apart as the most successfully-helpful apnea forum on the planet. Many fear that messing with the core format would make us just like too many other apnea forums: mostly dead. We are afraid that then someone would start going through our pockets for loose change. We tend to be more a collection of overly-sociable, but overly-helpful, oddballs with an interesting mix of technical curiosity, community volunteerism, and off-beat humor, so we thrive in a place with few rules, little structure, and a format that lends itself to heartfelt welcome and connectedness.
So, again, welcome. There is no cover charge here--not even a one-drink minimum. Hang out, see who wanders in, and if you see anyone who looks lost or like he or she needs a helping hand, feel free to be helpful. The cool thing about here is that you don't have to wander from room to room--you can see everyone in the whole place from your one barstool, which swivels to see every corner of the room from that one place. It's kinda cool, once you get the hang of it.
PS : while a little wordy, eclectic and just generally the kind of thing that nobody reads .. (sad) this represents(by far) the best argument for the debate.

I have been sorting popcorn by categories for weeks! Do you know how many different permutations of type of popcorn/seasonings/fat grams there are?!
I actually made popcorn tonight. It was yummy.

This thread has only one purpose: reading it will help put you to sleep.*
*But first you must print it to avoid subjecting yourself to the evil LCD light at bedtime.

I'm pretty sure that "nobody" didn't read it either.
