From what I understand, in reading about it, you buy 1 size (s,m or l) but the frame fits all sizes of cushions.

Therefore, if you buy a medium and it is too small you can just buy the large cushion and it will fit, as I understand it.

Hi. I'm new to Cpaptalk.com. I couldn't figure out how to send a message to Rooster, but this question is for him. I'm having a terrible problem with nose irritation from my Mirage Ultra FF mask. I've tried all the different adjustments ( I think ). I tried the Pad a Cheek gadgets, but they cause the mask to leak around my eyes. The Mirage Quatro mask and F and P mask were worse as far as nose irrritation and fit. i just bet you have a wonderful suggestion for this problem. Thanks.

Welcome Judy,

I "been thar and dun all that" also. Then along came a new mask that doesn't cover or touch the bridge of the nose.

It is the Hybrid mask. August will be my three-year anniversary of using the Hybrid on a nightly basis.

Nope. If you look at cpap.com, you have to select a cushion size (S, M, L). The frame is the same for all 3.

Thanks, even though I was hoping for a different answer.

I'm still waiting to see some sort of a sizing chart.

Hello again Judy,

Please fill out your equipment profile (select display equipment in 'text' not 'image'. Include your pressure settings in the comments section. This will help members target their answers to your case.

Now I understand you tried the Hybrid but failed due to leaks. I find that a properly sized and adjusted Hybrid does not leak and I am even tummy sleeping with mine. Have a look at the tips here viewtopic.php?t=14422&highlight= .

In the meantime you may want to start a new post and ask for help on that nose bridge issue.

Regards,
Rooster

So from what I can tell... this mask requires some velcro on/off action every night to get it on and off your face.

Does that look to be the way it works?

I am wondering how practical adjusting more than one of those velcro straps will be. And it looks to me like there is going to be several required. Thus the "Step by step numbered head gear system". This is the only part of this mask that worries me.

Can't wait till somebody gets one in hand to fully report on it.

$189 a little spendy for me. I wonder how much the cushions are? Looks interesting. I struggle with leaks all the time.

Looks to me that if you release the neck straps, the whole mask can be lifted away from the face and up and off. The headgear looks like the stuff as the OptiLife's...very comfortable with a tiny bit of stretch.

My only concern would be that the Velcro might not stand up well to repeated opening & closing...that's been my only complaint with the OptiLife. I marked (permanent marker) where the straps should attach and then tried not to open-close the Velcro except for washing...such will not be possible with this mask. Maybe Respironics made the Velcro more robust in this mask.

Now there is a new option for this mask:

FullLife Full Face Mask with Headgear Duo Pack

Described as:

"This duo pack is the same as the regular FullLife full face mask, but with an extra cushion of the same size. A revolutionary design makes FullLife a great choice for men and women who need a full-face mask but prefer something more compact with a clear line of sight."

For a whopping $241.00 (limited support).

I found this on the other site. Don't know if Cpap.com has it yet. But apparently there are two different versions that can be ordered. $189 or $241.

So I guess it's just with a spare cushion.

The experience ended up in a different thread. viewtopic/t43721/FullLife-mask.html

Looks like the brick & mortars are a bit behind.
