I sent cpap 2 emails to that effect over a week ago inquiring how much warranty I have left with no response from them as of yet. I felt under the circumstances, that was a reasonable question
I think that under the circumstances - evacuation from Houston and return - that is a reasonable delay.

O.

An added edit for anyone who reads this post later. I don't want it going back to the front so I will just edit. In Sept. or Nov. of 2005 after 2 returns for repairs and the machine stopped again after the second repair, cpap offered to simply refund my money if I had all the components including box to return, deducting for anything that was missing. As it is still under warranty (1-1/2 yrs), I'm sure they can auction it off and not lose any money. I did return it and they posted a full refund back to my credit card. Thanks cpap. I purchased a bipap pro auto and have been using it ever since with no problems thus far. I also have a bipap pro for 4 years with no problems, so, that one really was a lemon from the beginning.

I didn't recall saying anything about a delay, you must have misread it. However, homework is often required of some, read on.

Greetings,

Our company, cpap.com, as well as our sister websites, billmyinsurance.com and cpapforseniors.com, and cpaptalk.com have been built with situations such as Hurricanes in mind. There will be no website downtime.

We have prepared office space, internet, fax, and warehouse capabilities in Dallas which we will be making use of from this Thursday (Tomorrow) until Houston is cleared for return.
Although some of those who work with us on our family of websites are due for a road trip, our customers should experience no delay in products or support. At most we expect a slightly reduced call center volume capacity and possible 1-2 day shipping delays on unpopular replacement parts.

Again, customers should experience the same level of service and promptness of shipping as always when placing orders in the next few days.

Johnny
