"Rehashing?" that's what we do here! You had to know that this move was going to create some reaction on the other forums. Your cohort is even referring to herself as "Ms Controversy" on the cpaptalk CHAT. This thread will die down when nobody has anything further to say on the subject. That's the way all the threads work... it's the nature of these forums. The one's that aren't heavily moderated, that is.

I for one, am glad this thread has been started. I've been attending AWAKE meetings for a long time. I was always hoping to see my favorite internet support group (cpaptalk) join forces with the preeminent in-person support organization. But I guess that was not what the ASAA wanted. I don't have time for two forums and I won't be leaving cpaptalk to join the ASAA forum, so I'll have to continue to live a double life with my cpap support.

I just think their site is VEEEERRRRY SSLLOOOOOOW. Put me to sleep waiting for it to load.

Guest- I guess you need to upgrade from carrier pidgeon to cable because it loads as fast as any site I use.

Oh for the love of god!!!!! You guys do this just to torment me, don't you. This incessant bickering makes me so uncomfortable! So why do I bother reading it? Good question! Its hard to explain... Its kind of like a car wreck; awful to look at, but for some reason you can't take your eyes off it.

Some like the idea of a new forum. Some don't. To each, his own.

How many different ways can we write the same thing??? (5 pages worth of ways, apparently...)

Hi neversleeps,

I just checked - there are 1812 registered users on this forum. So we do have a long way to go to democratically allow everyone to state their position.

You're not trying to stifle debate are you?

Bet you had to check back and see what the very last poster had to say! No brain fog for you, actively want stay on top of things - good for you!

Now I haven't actually counted but if you exclude the three major combatants - I think you may the most active poster on this thread.

Ain't it great to utilize your democratic right! I would caution you though, try to allow a few others to get a couple of words in .

Never thought this could be so much fun! Just great to be alive!

So - what do you all think? I noticed many of you have not yet responded.

It seems to load slow for me also.

did you really need to revive a dead 3 year old thread Marie with that comment?

This thread was idiotic to begin with, much less worth reviving as the throught process behind it was complaining about this forum as to why another cpap forum was needed, if you haven't figured out that answer after 3 years, maybe you do need another forum.

Interesting that most of the comments come from the admin of that other forum.

Has the traffic dropped off that much over there due to all the censorship that you had to come back and revive this one?
