Well, since we are suddenly keeping score.....You have called me stupid, fat, ugly, and now delusional. Not that I really care any more about that than I do about blargs sexuality....but I am not the one who started tallying what names I was called.

The problem isn't that you made a horrible remark about homosexuality or "gays". Babette made a man hunting joke....blarg joked back. Thats it....that is all that happened. Then you turned it into a sexuality discussion. Truth be told I didn't even get that blarg went that way until YOU posted your remark about reminding everyone about his sexuality. I had to go back and reread his post to figure out what you were talking about. YOU are the one that reminded everyone (and told us newbies). I took his remark the same way I took babettes....a simple joke. The kind of thing most people say at some point. If I had agreed with babetts post with something even more sexually charged would you have been getting all upset that I was reminding you that I was strait? Well babette....I could sure use some of those man hunting skills....maybe you could teach me sometime. Was that too much of a reminder that I am strait?

This whole discussion is retarded. Do you want in on the mask pool or not rabid? If you do let us know what mask you are interested in, if not.......find another thread with a topic you ARE interested in.

Lets hope we haven't scared blarg away for good.

Freedom of speech is wonderful, but when people hijack a legitimate topic for this stuff, it just presses the limits of decency. Why don't a few of you just plain drop it? First of all....I have a degree and am a semester away from my second. Thank you very much.
Second I NEVER claimed to be a veteran. But you don't need to be a CPAP veteran to know that your comment that started this whole thing was WRONG. I may not be a CPAP vet, but I am a pro at seeing people like you for the jerks they are. You sir need to learn how to speak respectfully to women and people in general or you might find yourself slapped in the face by the next person you talk to.

Mask? If not then there are plenty of other threads out there about other interesting topics. You could even start one of your own.....you could create a survey and see how many people think you are an A**.

Your comment may have been to blarg, but why couldn't you post it in a PM? You're the one who made it a public issue and therefore everyone's business on the forum. I HAVE gone to college, I AM a single mom, although not on welfare but struggling with a deadbeat ex, and I almost got fired from my job for tending to my sick children using valid vacation time I had earned (they felt it was too much time off, but I had no other option - school won't take them nor will daycare if they're sick)

Why do you feel it is germane to the conversation to bring THOSE issues up? Seems totally off the wall to me. Especially since YOU're obviously NOT a single mom on welfare.

I simply asked why he feels the need to keep reminding us of his sexuality. Is it that important that we know? Did I say ANYTHING that would indicate I either like or dislike gays?

OK, if you don't understand that THIS is saying you don't like to be reminded of someone's sexuality then you should STFU yourself! If you don't see how intolerant this is then you need to check yourself. Attitudes like this are why I snatched my children out of the church we were in (oops risk getting bashed for mentioning religion) and went to one were their attitudes are NOT narrow-minded and prostheletizing.

Never smoked in my life. So I mispelled one word and that means I went to beauty school? You are an idiot. I would go over my entire education...but why bother. We both know that isnt what this is about.

My daughter has an amazing mother. As a matter of fact she is at the moment spending some time with her grandmother and her uncle who will be going to iraq in 2 weeks. So I have a few hours to surf the net.

I take it you do not want to get in on the masks then? Ok.....then go away and leave the thread to those of us who actually do want to get a mask.

GET HELP! you need it. There are some good therapists out there who might be able to help you with your mommy issues and your sexuality problems.

If everyone continues on this post with only mask threads and does not respond to ill spoken comments then it will die out and those that really want to keep this going will not be fed! Hence they eventually go away..sticks & stones, others ignorance....can not hurt you when you understand what they are based in...plain and simple meanness....you all have good suggestions and ideas... I have been viewing and posting on this site for about a month now....I guess we can start a new post of put downs but really is that we would teach our kids or grandkids...I think not!
