Good advice, I guess I'll only worry about myself and the heck with everyone else! If we all did that, we won't have a support board, would we? Someone wants to block all their vent holes, let em, they're adults, right? And if someone wants to pay DME prices, why do we care?

And the name calling, how adult!

Grow Up

And I thought people on this board were adults who could carry on meaningful dialogue, interesting discussion, civil debates, and offer help, advice, and opinions coming from their own experiences and beliefs without resorting to petty and childish name calling and just extremely rude behavior.

Obviously, I'm wrong about some of you...

Pam

Thanks for noticing, -SWS.
-SWS wrote:On that note, let's not forget that 1960's Sydney Pointier movie, "To Sir. with Love".

Now Bill, that protagonist was an engineer, but I don't think he had apnea.
Ya know, I had to look that up, -SWS - the engineer part and the protagonist part, that is. Although I remembered the movie, I remembered little of the plot. The title song by Lulu, on the other hand, has always been one of my all time favorites.

Bill

Some days are like that, Pam. Other days are a little more fragmented.

Careful or you might upset the wrong person and get your account shut-down...actually, there may be an idea there for a new scent for the Pur-Sleep System! Can you get that into an essentail oil???

Yep...its one thing to ask questions and address concerns, but to act like you saved us all from impending disaster is completely different...

Brett, I'm glad more testing is being done and look forward to trying this thing when it comes back on the market! Best of luck to you!

Rooster -

You called her no names ... nor have I. I think she is just very easily offended by anyone who does not agree 100% with her own view of the world.

Oh well, that's too bad, but I would not let it get 'ya too ruffled up ... no need to raise the BP and couter PAP treatment benefits.

BTW - Like you, the initial 5 scents that Bret provided me to trial did not appeal to me. He then sent me the Fresh (tangerine/lime) and that one did appeal to me. Still can't say if it has made any difference in my treatment ... I was already doing pretty darn good without it so it would be difficult to determine any improvements. What I can say is that it has not affected my treatment to any degree in a negative way either ... 25 years from now my nose may fall off ... but that's ok since I'll probably be dead already anyway
President-pretender, J. Biden, said "the DNC has built the largest voter fraud organization in US history". Too bad they didn’t build the smartest voter fraud organization and got caught.

I can relate to that. You may remember from some of my posts that my therapy was stopping apneas but I had a big insomnia problem. Just in the last three weeks, I am sleeping much better. I believe this is due to a rigorous "sleep hygiene program" I have instituted. The program addresses some big items and also some small ones that I had heretofore considered insignificant details. Now that I have the routine established, it is very easy to follow each night (except when I travel). Nothing unusual in my program; all of it has been said before, but I have put it together nicely for my treatment.

Maybe after a few more weeks of good experience with it, I will write it up and post it. But if people don't like it, I won't send the FDA to their doors.

Well, on the one hand, you might say, "Boy, it can't get any worse".

On the other, there's probably still a lot of wiggle-room...

Aromatherapy may help CPAP compliance. Lavender, Mandarin, Chamomile, and Sweet Marjoram aid in relaxation and sleep. Nature's Gift has these and a blend of all four called SleepEase.
