very good! just look back at where you were just a short time ago. you are making good progress.

let's hope you stabilize and start feeling the good feelings soon!

she hasn't been in today, i don't think. she was in yesterday and will prolly be in soon.

check your pm and see if you have any in your out box. they stay there until the person your sending the pm to comes in to open them.

what has changed this week? last charts you posted shows you are making steady progress.

are you still at a minimum pressure of 12?

can you pinpoint anything different over those two nights besides that would make you feel there is too much air?

when you get time, post some more charts, please.

yez my min is 12 and max is 20 but like through the night hmm trying to find away of explaining hmm like I know if I open my mouth my cheeks blow up and I don’t know if that normal or not or if that’s to much pressure but I do know like my mask leaks a little and not sure if it from hi pressure or not right now I think I got it so to tight like where the mask fits around down the side of my nose it’s all ways red all day

My husband and I had a date night tonight...much needed so I just got home.

If I couldn't get away every now and then I would be a lot crazier than I am.

Anyway... I am having a hard time understanding your problem.

BTW further report images...cut the pressure graph in half and increse some of the other graphs...especially the events graph.
My need for a much large pressure graph has passed so now you can do the graphs more equal in size from now own.

Are you getting chipmunk cheeks? This is common and annoying as hell. Air goes up the nose and starts down the airway but the tongue isn't blocking the back door well enough and the air enters the mouth...lips are closed but more air keep coming in until the cheeks inflate...puffy cheeks/chipmunk cheeks. The tongue has dropped the ball and not keeping that back door close.

Yes that is Exactly what’s happening with my cheeks.and I wake up all the time and sometimes I have to pull the straps tighter cause I start to get some leaks around by my side of where my nose comes down

Chipmunk cheeks is a common complaint.
Unfortunately no easy simple fix except to tell you that you need to keep the back door in your mouth closed so that the air going up the nose and down the airway can't enter the mouth.
Search the forum for lots of past discussions on how to deal with "chipmunk cheeks".
If it becomes too bad and you keep losing air pressure out the mouth or it wakes you up often then sometimes a change in mask is in order so the therapy pressure isn't lost all the time.
A full face mask won't necessarily prevent it from happening though (the cheeks inflating) but at least you don't lose therapy pressure.
