Where's the Events graph?
Where's the snore graph?

Turn off the pie chart....go to File/Preferences/Appearance tab and remove the check mark for show pie chart.

Tell me again why you are limiting your max pressure to 13?

Well the machine is showing the minimum set at 12.2 and the max at 13. EPR is set to 3 but in ramp only.
Looks like the 7 is related to maybe the ramp setting starting point.

For tonight open the max up to 20 cm. Make no other changes.
Let's see what happens when the machine can actually fight what it will probably want to fight with more pressure.
Right now it's just going to 13 and staying there because it can't go any higher.

The report shows the minimum is 12.2.
Did you accidentally change the minimum to 10?
I want the minimum to be 12.0 or 12.2....in that neighborhood because that's what this report shows is being used.
10 cm might work with the max at 20 but for now I want only one change made so I can best evaluate the results and right now the most critical need is increasing the max and not messing with the minimum at this time.

One change at a time if at all possible with any experiment so the results can best be evaluated.

i prouble did because i had no idea what i was doing trying to figure out why i seem to be tired and i didnt know if my max was too high or too low and if my min was to low or to high. ok so you want my max at 20 and my min 12.0 or 12.2

Yep. I want essentially the same settings as last night (or Monday night I guess it was) except I want the machine to be able to go higher if it wants to and I am betting it will want to.

Now I don't know if these changes will help much in terms of your fatigue but your AHI could stand some reducing and fewer events might mean better sleep quality and you end up sleeping better so feel better.

Gotta start somewhere and cleaning up your reports is the first step. I can't promise a miracle but sometimes small changes yield huge results.

We don't know that the machine will even go to 20. Just because it can doesn't mean it will.
I have used pressures over 20 cm....mask never came off...
Lots of people use pressures over 20 and they don't find the mask flying across the room.

The machine will only go as high as it thinks it needs to....won't go any higher.
If it does need to (which I doubt) hit 20 cm then we deal with it when/if it happens.
Cross that bridge only if we come to it.

How'd you sleep last night?
How'd you feel today?

I think an increase in the minimum pressure is probably in order...try 11 cm minimum for 3 or 4 nights and then try 12 cm minimum for 3 or 4 nights. See what happens in terms of AHI and how well you sleep or don't sleep.
How you feel/sleep is just as important as the numbers if not more important.
