Omit the snore graph...it's useless any way.
Reduce flow limitation graph and make the pressure graph larger please...last night's report please.....redo it so I can see the pressure graph in better detail.

Okay...if it takes too long don't worry about.
Make the change in your machine to 1 cm more minimum than whatever it was...I am thinking it was 11.

If you have Windows you may be getting the update that I got 2 nights ago and it took hours...don't wait up for it.
It's not that critical that I see the pressure graph.

Let me see tonight's report tomorrow though...and at that time omit the snore graph (it's not showing much anyway) and see if you can make the pressure graph a little larger. You can sacrifice some of the size of the flow limitation graph.

I got windows 10. Ok so put my min at 12 instead of 11 right and leave my max at 20.

Yeah, I have Windows 10 also. For some reason they pushed a big update the other night and you might be getting it now.
I went to bed when it was at 27% and had been updating for nearly 2 hours. I don't know how long it actually took but the next morning I got a "congratulations on updating to a new version" message on my screen. I haven't check to see what it did...no time and not much I can do about it anyway and as long as everything works okay I don't care.

Yes, thank you. Your minimum is indeed 11 so you must have just forgotten that we had increased it right when you caught your cold and I wanted to wait until the cold was done with before we did any more increases. I was thinking back then we would probably need more but I wanted the cold to be gone first because illnesses really screw up the data and I wouldn't know for sure if what I was seeing meant more pressure was needed or the cold was screwing with the data.

You may need even more than 12 minimum but lets see what happens with 12 minimum.

You are maxing out at 20 cm briefly and in a cycle that makes me think REM sleep. The timing is about right for REM and the duration is about right for REM.
Do you know if your OSA is worse in REM or not?
Do you know if your OSA is worse on your back or not?
Do you ever sleep on your back very much? If you do you might try staying off your back as much as possible if you can.
If the increases are related to REM ...not much we can do about REM except deal with it.
I know about REM worse OSA personally....my own OSA is 5 times worse in REM than the other sleep stage.
Now sleeping on my back...doesn't seem to make much difference but REM sure does.

another security concern. can't remember what it was offhand, but vaguely remember it was a pretty scary one.

but then, after so many years of "security concerns", they just tend to run together in my mind.
people say i'm self absorbed.
but that's enough about them.

Windows, the Swiss cheese of security.

Planned holes IMHO so that they can keep forcing their updates to whatever under the guise of fixing a hole.
Can't tell me that they don't have people who can write better stuff if they would just do it.
If the ability to find the holes and breach them is so easily found out there by the bad guys...can't tell me that those same holes couldn't be found by the good guys unless they simply don't want to look so they can just come back later and sneak another update in that probably monitors something else that they sell to whomever under the pretext of fixing a "just found security issue".
I can't believe that MS is that stupid.

They just don't, or at least didn't, care.

Windows wasn't designed with security in mind.

Looking good.

Keep things at these settings for a week and lets see what happens.

And yeah...it's hard to feel chipper and excited when the weather is yucky outside.
I try to look on the bright side....I may not see the sun today but at least the friggin snow is also not seen now that it has melted.
