No, the Nano and the N10 cushions attach in different manners to the frame.

I found a couple on EBay in the wide size. New.
One with a buy it now price of 17 plus 4.53 for shipping
and there's one now that has an auction ending in about 10 minutes for what amounts to total 14 and change with no bids so if it doesn't sell it probably will be relisted.

I have not been able to find the wide size on Amazon except one for 35 which is more than most online regular cpap sellers offer it.

Lucy is quite a master at manipulation. Not sure who rescued who....did I rescue her or did she rescue me.
She has won the heart of my husband and none of my pets have ever done that and she did it just by treating him very special.
I still miss Sarge every day but it feels good to have another pug to love.

Puffiness or bags anywhere on the face usually means some fluids in the skin have pooled or accumulated in areas because the normal dispersal of fluids in the skin haven't been able to happen.
Usually this happens because mask straps compress on some areas of the face and cause pooling of the fluids.
The fluids are a normal part of what our skin does....having pressure on some of the areas that impedes the normal dispersal obviously isn't a normal part of life.

There are some things you can do with any existing mask to reduce the compression of the straps....some sort of strap pad over the mask straps can help a lot. It diffuses the compression so hopefully less pooling of the fluids.
Helps some but not always totally eliminates the puffiness or bags especially around the eyes. The skin around the eyes is very thin and it just seem to show bags or puffiness a lot more than other areas of the face.

I had bags under my eyes (usually worse on the side that was down since I am a side sleeper primarily and gravity works against us) with my P10 mask straps even with strap covers. Without strap covers it was extremely annoying and noticeable.
So I just ended up using a mask that doesn't have any straps at all. No more bags under my eyes from straps messing with the normal dispersal of bodily fluids.

OK thanks Pugsy, so this isn't anything that should be cause for concern? :?:

Most likely no cause for concern but I have no way of knowing exactly how significant what you are talking about might be.
It's a circulatory thing and there are other causes of circulatory issues but those that are usually of major concern are usually associated with the extremities.

If the puffiness is just annoying and fades as the day goes on...not a concern but if it doesn't fade away and gets really pronounced and swelling affects the vision or something like that then probably should have a chat about it with your doctor.

Hello CPAP world, !

I have been using the machine for about 2-3 weeks now approx., I see a difference In my mood, but not much as far as energy, today I actually feel more tired than normal ,, as is for most day since I have started .. my pressure is 7.4 and average AHI has been 3-4 … do I need to try to get the AHI under 1? to see better results.. this has been quite the journey ..

We try and target an AHI of less than 2, anything lower is a futile target as AHI changes from night to night

OK thanks, ill try to get it lower than 2, would a AHI of 4 compared to 2 make noticeable difference in how one would feel after a nights rest?
