Hello all, been using my Resmed 10 for about 1 year now. Great machine, but not made as good as my Resmed 9. Anyhow I have sinus issues wear a full mask, & thought I would try the SoClean 2 machine. I got a couplion in the mail for $100. off. After much haggling I got it fot $199.99

I've used it for 9 nights now, & think I felt better not using it. 1st night I awoke to open nostrils, but that was it. That hasn't happened since. & although that smell, does smell clean, I think it is irritating my lungs.

I'm mixed on this, I have 30 days to return. But maybe I need to change the settings to make it much milder. I called SoClean several times only to get people that I have trouble understanding.

Help...
Read the topic you posted in. The answer should be obvious.

it's all in the timing, ds. after reading and posting here, he found chicago granny's WONDERFUL post about so clean, with lot's of helpful links-

viewtopic/t176205/SoClean.html

in my humble opinion, her post needs to be a sticky and placed in the announcements.
people say i'm self absorbed.
but that's enough about them.

Perhaps @pugsy should include it in the beginners thread (which many newbies do not read).

You feel your lungs being irritated because inhaling Ozone is not good for overall health.
My advice is to return it while you are able.
Yes, I am returning that 'thing' to get my money back..

Quickly typed letter:

Dear Ticket Office,

Is there any possibility I can reserve some front-row tickets now for the obviously impending class-action lawsuit against FauxClean?

Did they email you a return authorization form? Just curious. Keep on truckin'.

SoClean's reply to the plaintiff's complaint was a predictable 'motion to dismiss'. They've decided not to publish any of their correspondence.

The plaintiff responded with: "....respectfully submits that Defendant SoClean, Inc.’s proposed motion to dismiss is futile." Then they went on with reams of case law. I think SoClean's attorney is like the owner's sister-in-law or something. Pathetic.

You can read the plaintiff's letter here. https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/14 ... clean-inc/

Personally, I think it's time to put these hacks down.
A whole lot of investigation is ongoing before I spend a single dime.

ChicagoGranny- Thank You, Noclean verbally gave me a RMA number to print on the box, & the Fed-Ex driver had the return label, which I put on, & got my tracking stub, & yes I checked it has been checked in at Fed-Ex & moving thru the system. Driver said by Saturday should be returned, Monday at the latest.

chunkyfrog - Thank You as well. I guess time will tell, hopefully I'll get my money back as quick as I gave it.. (hopefully)...

When FedEx shows online it has been received, be sure to print or save to pdf the details.
Doing that helped me once when a company claimed they never received an item. At that time the tracking information was no longer online. I sent them a copy of my proof and they accepted it.

Good advice, Thank You, I will do that. Fed Ex sent me an active link as well, showing it is en route. But having a copy would be best as you stated.
