Oh sure. I bought the Kool-Aid. Well, I guess that was a waste of good retirement money. Plus, I’ve already survived cancer once, now on to the next health issue. I’m usually more careful than this!! Thanks for making my day.

If possible, return it, cite the article if it helps.

Should be added to the lawsuit - https://blog.easybreathe.com/sleep8-cpa ... PhJp-BiyV8
Nah, separate lawsuit.

Besides, that one says it uses ozone.

Well this is interesting, I too have been wondering / thinking about getting one of these cleaning machines. But after reading the lawsuit filed, the Plantiff is SoClean's competition, 3B...so how credible is this?

In 3 years of use with only regular nightly washing of the mask with hot water and dish soap, and occasionally the hose, filters and humidifier....I've only had bronchitis once, but I did come down with that well before I ever started therapy so I don't think that was the culprit. I'm thinking it's a bunch of hooey.
Yay :D For no more diaphragm cramps and dozing off while driving!

and....you'd pretty much be right. i've been on cpap for going on 4 years. if anything, i become sick less often than i used to before cpap.
people say i'm self absorbed.
but that's enough about them.

True that pot is suing kettle. But at least the light is less likely to damage, I believe.

No manufacturer recommends either one, as far as I know.

3B uses UV light, which has been used for decades for sanitizing surfaces.
I have used UV devices for several years to help maintain my hearing aid;
UV especially works on parts that are transparent enough
to allow light penetration to all surfaces--like an acrylic ear mold.
No gas is produced--only light--therefore no toxins released.
Any hazard from the light stops when the light is off, or shielded from the user.

They're not direct competition, and the allegations in the suit are factual... NoClean DOES hide the fact that they're dumping ozone into people bedrooms.

At the expense of the obvious joke that will be contained within; I believe that this lawsuit is nothing but a goof thing, regardless of the entity that brings it. The light of truth sanitizes even the most damp and moss-stricken corner of lies and fear.

In short, the fact that there is a lawsuit usually means that more information will be available for consumers to...well, consume. That's always a good thing, it tends to open the eyes and close the wallets of those that are beset by the intellectually bereft purveyors of goods that that are foisted upon the innocent by the use of fear tactics. May these charlatans cower in their own self-made fear of being penniless afterwards.

At least, one can hope.

Any phobia can be a disability.
Sufferers need protection--not ridicule.
And they certainly do not deserve to be scammed.
Until that happens, the rest of us have a duty to discourage the predators,
by refusing to purchase their useless gimmicks.
