WoooooooOOOOOOWW "no events'? thats incredible.
Well I guess thats something to aim for.
It's rare, and I don't try for it. I don't really feel much different anywhere from 0.0 to 1.5... and when I get much over 2, I definitely feel it the next day.

Trying to get a zero night is an exercise in diminishing returns. The closer you get, the less difference it makes...

I am sure when I have lower AHI's I have a better day.
Not so tired.
Absolutely.

Palerider, you use a P10 nasal ? the head strap doesn't stay tight for long. Is there an alternative strap
that would fit or another version like the P10 airlift that has a better head strap?
I've been using the P10 for a few years, (though I've been testing the Bleep Dreamport for the last couple weeks) and what I've settled on doing is to have a few of the headgear straps, (off ebay) and every week or so, I'll take the strap off, and throw it in the laundry, and put on different on, then when then laundry comes out of the dryer, I toss that strap back in with the others... so I cycle through them.

Washing them causes them to shrink, and doing it regularly seems to increase the lifespan.
thank you
did you ever try the swift fix?
i guess if you did you preferred the airfit.
it’s definitely my choice so far
how’s the bleep going?

did you ever try the swift fx?
Nope. I started with the Mirage quattro FFM, and tried a few other things on and off, but kept coming back to the quattro, then tried the P10, and stuck with it.

Yup.

It's going well, I'm not as enamored with it as Pugsy, or djams, but I think that's because I've been really happy the P10, whereas there were things they both disliked about it.

I don't think that I'm going to want to use the Bleep every night, rather I'll probably use one sometimes and the other other times.... but I honestly haven't decided for sure one way or the other... I'm still experimenting with it. Not sure which I'll end up using the most.

I think I may sleep a little better with the Bleep, since it doesn't need fiddling with because of leaks.

The P10 frame can be attached to the Swift FX headgear which is mainly silicone that is adjustable with just a little elastic strap in the back and that is also adjustable.
thanks for reposting this. i may get brave enough to try this, just to see if it's comfortable on my noggin.

And Palerider, you failed to present a "SleepyHead" graph.

Instead you are using a Sneak Peak at OSCAR.
Nobody likes the overly pedantic!

Though, I was wondering if anybody would notice that little difference.
I noticed.

I also noticed it already has a linux port.

The main coder (pholynyk) is running linux. but, like sleepyhead before it, the codebase is cross platform... it, the same thing will compile on windows and mac, (and, pretty much any OS that has a QT port.)

Look at the Bleep/Dreamport.....sweet and no headgear to mess with at all.

There are some little clips available for when the P10 headgear gets stretched out.
https://www.cpap.com/productpage/resmed ... gear-clips

The P10 frame can be attached to the Swift FX headgear which is mainly silicone that is adjustable with just a little elastic strap in the back and that is also adjustable.

This headgear
https://www.cpap.com/productpage/resmed ... e-headgear

To this frame that the pillow sticks on. Don't freak out on the price....EBay is probably cheaper
https://www.cpap.com/productpage/resmed ... sembly-kit

And you get this

thanks Pugsy I am looking for one of these now.

Yes....been using it since about mid December.
Zonker gave you a link to the review thread.

It has replaced the P10 as my primary mask. P10 is now delegated to short naps or when I have drippy, runny nose and the adhesive is unlikely to want to stick in that mess.

Last nights graph shows many large leaks but I don't recall waking for any except the call of nature at 3am.
the AHI is not so good and Im wondering if the airfit P10 (which I really like using the best) can be less leaky if
a tighter strap is worn? I am over my other masks like the respironics wisp and full face that fart and leak and wake
me often. Can the bleep be bought down under? i did a google search without much success, thanks.

The Bleep is just down rolling out in the US this week and no where else. Sorry.
I got one early because I begged the owner of the company for one because I have been waiting 2 years for it.

Now there are ways of getting it to you but it's going to really jack the price up what with shipping added to the cost and then there's those nightly ports....use once and throw away unless someone can figure out some way to stick more sticky stuff on them.

What you do need to do for one night though is.....tape your mouth shut so you can make absolutely sure that those leaks aren't mouth opening leaks. Have you done that yet???

I used the Swift FX from 2010 (when it was first released) pretty much until the P10 was released.
Minor diversion in between to the TapPap.

So probably at least 3 or 4 years using the Swift FX.
The P10 pillows are very similar...headgear is different (elastic vs silicone) and the Swift FX doesn't have the diffused venting that the P10 has.

I used the Swift FX when I started. I had issues with the small tube but the mask fit was wonderful. My wife complained about the vent air, so I changed.

Your AHI was 1.86... That's good, as far as I'm concerned... under 2, I consider 'good enough'
