Going to take some cleaning up if this continues until Tues.
Either that or the website will crash which might be a blessing.

I'm deleting them as fast as I can but it's rather insane at this rate. Hard to keep up. Sigh.

They have to understand we can't actually read any of the crap they're posting... which in hind site makes it all the more annoying because then you understand that the people doing this are just utter ass hats that really need to have their computers melt unexpectedly.

Is there any way to report users? That way we could get rid of 15+ posts at a time instead of trying to swat them down one at a time. That or maybe give seasoned users a Spam ability that would allow you to check multiple posts and report them at the same time. Right now one of the limits is the time it takes to click on each one and report, then wait etc...

Hope they sort this out soon.

Thanks Gryphon

I can not delete. How long or what do you need to have to get power to delete?

I think it has to do with the age of your account then anything else. I don't know the details. Sorry.

Maybe we could "Sticky" a post for us to talk in until they get this under control. Who has the power to sticky a post? Only the admins?

Good luck everyone!

FYI - we're over 80 pages of spam posts at this point. Utterly out of control. Do we know what sort of time frame we're looking at before someone with admin powers steps in?

Simple to fix: implement recaptcha for each post, or similar measure...
