I know how you feel CF.
My wife is an rabid environmentalist and she (read we) are on every known 'green' call list in the world. That's okay, but it seems like I'm always the one to pick up the phone for the solicitation calls from said groups (she usually sez she didn't have her hearing aid turned up). After about the fifth call of the day I'm almost at the point of screaming, "Nuke the whales!" It hasn't happened yet but I'm getting close to snapping

I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.

I believe it is every citizen's DUTY to screw with strangers on the phone.
If they don't pay my phone bill and a Poll Tax to me they can Buzz Off! I always let the Dialers ring three times so they will answer when I pick up. The object is to keep them from completing their useless task, and moving on to the nest sucker. Sometimes I even get a real person to abuse. Jim

Block the calls. Of course they call back from a different number, but it does help. We block every number we don't recognize. It gets to be a game after a while. Not nearly as many calls on our cell phones.

I run a couple of discussion boards on dogs.

People continually confuse Freedom of Speech with Free Speech. They are NOT the same.

The former means that the government can censor what you say.

The later means that you're free to express your views on anything, certain restrictions.

What free speech does NOT mean is that you're free to express your views on PRIVATE boards such as this.

You don't want to vote for Hillary? I could care less.

This board is about discussing sleep issues and Sleep Apnea.

Want to post on something totally unrelated? Go somewhere else.

1. You have that wrong.
Dogjudge wrote:The later means that you're free to express your views on anything, certain restrictions.
2. The addition of "certain restrictions" makes your sentence devoid of any meaning.

3. You totally fail on understanding property rights. The board owners, not you, have ultimate say on what can be discussed here.

Strike three. You're out, Rover.

Don't get mad at Dogjudge, she has flees.

BTW, if you are ever tempted to take a dog judge seriously, you must watch "Best in Show" a Christopher Guest movie

Edited: I see that Den has posted after 49er. Sorry, Den.
My issue exactly. I've nothing against the Republicans, just their nominees of late. Clearly it isn't just me since many lifetime Republican politicians do not support Trump either. I don't care particularly for Hillary, but given the Republican choice, I have no option but to vote for her. People say they want something different - well, those stupid people voted Ventura into the governor's office and that was a disaster. You need better candidates and if you don't have them, then you have to choose between the lesser evil. Look at Florida - their governor was convicted of major Medicare fraud, yet they voted him anyway because he was a Republican. How scary is that? Voting in a convicted crook?

Or political system is a illusion, put in place to give the people the feeling that they have some level of control in their lives, they don't! We pick the worst among us, put them on party tickets, spend gobs of money putting on a show. (Reality T.V.)

This keeps the Sheeple's busy, while those in charge continue to plunder our country's wealth. Problem, the well is dry, 20 Trillion Dollars in debt, with no assets to pay it off, and they still want to steal more. Land and personal property, is all that's left to devide, Martial Law, will be the next step. after they take the guns and ammo. That may not be necessary, as they have gotten the population so dumbed down, they won't resist in force. Jim

I think all Politicians are crooks and liars and only care for themselves and not the people. I am voting for Trump because he isn't a politician. I guess some are not really liars but they just misspoke.
