Why are you so concerned about an election in the USA Canada has its own issues to deal with. I don't believe I have ever suggested to anyone in another country how they should vote, it is their business not mine.
Maybe she's afraid if Trump loses, he will move to Canada. Jim
Nah, they'll build a wall to keep him out.

You're missing what she posted in the Clinton note, plus 1-2 other things no longer on the list. I also think she's deleting her own filth and blaming that on me!

Forgot that guy's name on Saturday Night Live who always said, "let's discuss". Let's discuss and have some fun doing it.

Not a chance that any of us are going to solve the problems of the world, and for sure the outcome of the election.
Lucy, you make me think of a conversation I had with my oldest son about a month ago. He has been very politically active, there are YouTube videos of him on the Statehouse steps talking to hundreds about 2nd amendment rights (don't anybody start, this is not a HUGE issue with me)

I made a political comment to him and he said, you know dad, I would really prefer not to talk about it and this caught me off guard because he is usually the first to talk about it. He said he has been strong on voicing his beliefs for several years now and he doesn't believe he has changed any minds but has lost many friends from arguments. He said something to the extent that he thinks he would be a better contributor to society if he only spoke about things that pull people together not push them apart. He told me he has reached out to people, friends from high school, workmates, etc. that he defriended on Facebook. He has removed anything related to politics from his FB account (might have said he simply does not add any and removes any that others add. I don't use FB so I do not know how it works) He said he is happier now and feels he is making others happier.

I think about what he said and think it makes a lot of sense. As he was telling me this I was thinking about this forum and how I have been in political arguments with the very people who in the beginning might have saved my life or at the least enhanced it by helping me through the beginning phases of CPAP and most of them are actively involved in the Trump Hillary threads here. I have thought about adding them to my foe list but are they really my foes because we disagree which evil is the lessor of the two? I would like to be more like my son but I think I am addicted to the drama and the verbal sword fighting. I would like to stay out of these fights. If I thought I was changing minds I would feel different but I know I haven't and probably never will. However, I am not going to make the claim I will refrain because I think I know myself well enough to know I would fail.

With that said, lets see how many pages we can get this to before the election and start thinking about what we will argue about next. Has anyone tired the SoClean (just kidding)

All that's required is self control, stop clicking on threads you don't want to be active in, if it's reading and posting on threads you can't handle, that's bothering you. That makes it a personal problem, not a collective one

True what we say and think usually won't sway what others think, that doesn't mean it shouldn't be said, most things are worth think about, politics are one of our most serious problems along with our health, and fiances, the bad thing they are interwoven, and affect us all, even the Sheeples, although their heads are buried in the sand and they are unaware in Lala Land. You are a endangered species, what's the matter, didn't the public sow have one you could latch onto. Do like Sheeples, push your way in. Let others work, if they are dumb enough to. Don't forget pay your taxes, unless you can make up enough lies. Jim

As good as Hillery is at lieing, she should always be tax free.

We all have a right to voice our opinions. It is a sign of maturity to listen to other ideas. How will we ever learn anything if we are just stuck on our own beliefs without hearing something new to us? We don't have to always agree but as adults we should have alredy learned to play nice and respect each other. To argue politics is as stupid as to argue religion or the lack thereof.
