I am trying to ignore them and have not responded to many of their rude posts. But they just keep being rude to me.

Do you not understand that you're baiting them every time you show you care?

There is absolutely nothing different about a Resmed branded memory card versus one that you buy at walmart except that it will be much more expensive - just because they put a sticker with their name on it. They don't modify the memory card in any way. They don't test it. They don't put anything on it.

Ok, I will just buy a memory card at Walmart.

I can't wait to try the software.

what you have here is a collection of folks who dont sleep well have no home life and no adult supervision so they act like idiots
you will notice they are always the same rude players
they have nothing to offer but for reasons unknown to mankind get some satisfaction by belittling people they dont know and have never met
my theory is it is the result of a very low self esteem

absolutely correct just resmeds way to squeeze more money out on their patients just like with their proprietary power supply there is absolutely no reason to run the cpap on 24 volts much less design it so you cannot easily get a replacement then charge so much for it. if i were you i would go back to the respironics just for those reasons stop giving resmed your money
