You poor, little, teeny, tiny man!
And if you don't stop PMing people to ignore Enchanter's posts, I'm going to repost every PM you wrote and post them in the forum!
+1 Pr's language is down the tube again. Unacceptable.
ya know, it's the galloping hypocrisy and double standards that some people here have that get me..

I use a term defined thusly askhole: Someone who asks many stupid, pointless, obnoxious questions. in response to a question "what is an auto" from someone who's been on this forum for over two months.

I am then lambasted with "You poor, little, teeny, tiny man!" with a threat to totally violate the acceptable norms of the forum.

then a double standard enemy, says "Yeah, what you said, Pr's language is down the tube again, unacceptable".

so, all *I* can see is that if I responded to papit and said

You poor, little, teeny, tiny man!

he would *have* to find that response acceptable and even laudatory, if not, then it does call into question his standards.

oh, and speaking of double standards, papit... where were you last night when ems was insulting a relative newbie (gasper62, only joined about three months ago) with THIS language:
ems wrote: So, now you are a liar. As I said in my PM which I encouraged you to post here... you are a sad, sad man.
if you're going to go on a crusade to clean up the forum, and shame people.... do it fairly and evenly.

Well... I called the guy 4 times today and left a message. Wanted to hear if he had any test results since he said he'd have to talk to the tech first. He told me to call on Saturday. I did. And as usual, I'm not getting help. He wouldn't pick up, he wouldn't return my call. Fortunately, there are some people on this forum that care and are being very charitable. So hopefully I can get better with my own mask (the ones being donated) if these people don't ever get back to me. Their work has been very unacceptable.

Enchanter- glad to hear you are getting help from the good people on here. But, keep calling to get your test results. You should let your Primary Care Dr know you need those results. Keep Calling them. Get the results in writing.
Take Care.

Stop calling them and camp out at their office until they provide the info you need. Hard to ignore you when you are standing in front of them.

Well I finally got a hold of the guy. He said that he didn't get a good reading on my test, even though I slept for 5 or 6 hours. He says that I may have to come back to the LAB. So I guess I may have to take a 4th test. Man..... And he told me that I need to sleep somehow. Well that's not very possible when I'm not allowed to take anything to help me sleep. Unless... I do it my way. But again even the nurse and him insisted that sleep pills will alter the test results and it's a big no no. But the funny thing is the tech himself laughed when I told him it alters the results and he said it doesn't.

But wait a minute. Why do another diagnostic test in the lab when I've already attempted 2 titratrions at the lab? We're going backwards?

This is a great start Enchanter.
While you had the doctor on the phone did you ask him to send you a copy of the results of each study?

Oh it wasn't the doctor. It's just the guy that set me up with the home test.

This is a great question for your doctor. Did you ask him?

My mistake.

I thought the "guy" you were trying to get a hold of on Saturday was the doctor.
The doctor is the one who can provide you with the results of the past sleep tests, not the tech. A lot of good people have been telling you this.

Having the past sleep test results and your doctor's interpretation of these results in writing will not interfere with your future plans with postitnote.
Having this information will give you more data so you can make informed decisions.

You seem resistant to talking to your doctor. Are you afraid of him?

When you request copies of your sleep test results, you can also request copies of all of your visit records. It's a good idea to do this with all of your doctors. You never know when you will need them.
