Basically it sounds like you are saying if you do not agree with my definition of "help", get out of the way.

Are you the authority?
Cards isn't an "authority" and neither are you. She is just one of us who actually gives a damn. There are many of us who fall into that category. You don't know Enchanter and we have come to know him as well as you can know anyone on the internet. And, he is in his twenties, not thirties. Those of us who give a damn have taken the time to find out what he is all about, each in our own way. Until you (and the rest) have walked a mile in his shoes, step back. We ARE going to help him and will continue to support him as long as he needs it. Two members just let me know that they are willing to get Enchanter set up once he receives the equipment Postitnote is sending.
You may not be an authority.... but you are definitely a bully. It seems from this post of yours that its "Your way or the highway". That is a real definition of a bully, And NO I will not "step back", also threatening folks to show their pm's on open forum, is bully tactics. I and all members here are permitted to have an opinion too you know. After all this is the internet and everything you read on the internet is not gospel .

I do give a damn about Enchanter.
I know Enchanter as well as anyone can know someone through an internet forum.
I remember a post where Enchanter said he was in his 30's and I looked for it yesterday but could not locate it. Today Julie posted that Enchanter is 33. Her post has been deleted. I could be wrong about his age but I do believe Enchanter is an adult, not a child.
I do not know who you are referring to when you use "us", "we", "the rest".

I thought this forum was open to everyone. Apparently not.

I know you give a damn.. I really do. You may be right about his age... I was told he was twenty something by a long time member but I'm not sure.

This forum is open to everyone; sorry you got the impression that it isn't! It's just that some members aren't comfortable about saying things they feel and putting their names behind it. I can understand that.

Also not right that Julie's post was deleted. I guess that's someones way of getting something across; but I do think there is a better way to do it.

Thank you EMS,

Our user names protect our true identity.

I feel it is okay to disagree with people and to be disagreed with, this is one way we learn.
It is not okay to attack the person because they have a thought that disagrees with our own.

I think the majority of us are mature adults. I am 57 and while I act 12 every now and again I know when not to! What if we closed our eyes and pretended we were all in the same room with each other. We could be on our best behavior then. There is no reason to bicker with anyone.

Absolutely, Sonnyboy... well said!

Re: our true identity -- after awhile on any forum we 'become' our true identity and that's how other members know us... funny how that works.

Yes!

And for everyone else here - I deleted my note because I thought it might be misinterpreted (as others have been). So thanks, but I'm the bad guy myself.

Sorry, my bad! I was agreeing with what you said "I feel it is okay to disagree with people and to be disagreed with, this is one way we learn.
It is not okay to attack the person because they have a thought that disagrees with our own.". It came out wrong in the post and uh, I only have 1 user name.

I acquired 2 machines in the last few months. I only need one and you are welcome to the one I keep as a back-up. I just gave away all my extra non pillow masks but we can get one for you to start out with. I don't have the card reader I bought anymore. I gave it away because I couldn't get it to work. Maybe someone here who offered to send me one would send it to you instead! I have a new hose I can send too.
I have an extra lightly used pillows mask, a Swift FX and new pillows you can have.

Thanks! Enchanter did mention he is a mouth breather. I found the chin strap I used back when I started and included it. Would you ask Enchanter what he thinks and then maybe send it to him? I'm giving him a hybrid mask though he might need a FFM.

+1 Pr's language is down the tube again. Unacceptable.
