I had never heard the term "troll" before I came to this forum. I still don't really know what it means, other than it's used to dismiss someone annoying. OK, I'm going to look it up. Here's a definition from Urban Dictionary:
One who posts a deliberately provocative message to a newsgroup or message board with the intention of causing maximum disruption and argument
I highlighted certain parts in red, which seem pretty critical to the meaning. Assuming I understand the definition, someone whose purpose is not necessarily to cause disruption and argument, but who nevertheless causes it, would not be a troll, right? So if they aren't a troll, what kinds of people have a
pattern of causing these kinds of issues? And if the pattern were one of inadvertently knocking things over in stores due to walking/limping with a cane, we would be a lot more accepting of that, wouldn't we? Hence my point:

And this doesn't even touch on the impatience for those who don't quickly develop a positive, take-action attitude toward CPAP use, and who might spend more than a passing minute grieving over this diagnosis.
