Oh yay!
It's snowing again!
What a BFS!

Upload the download to a third party server at least every 4 days.
secret agent girl wrote:When you write 'sleep quality' are we talking about consistent bedtimes, wake times, and few/short periods of insomnia?
Right. To try to calculate Sleep Time vs. Wake Time.
secret agent girl wrote:Even with the machine I averaged about 7 hours per night.
7 hours of what? Machine time? Time in Bed? Or Sleep Time?
secret agent girl wrote:I notice the log doesn't have a place for indicating whether I felt rested upon getting up, or how I felt during the day.
DIfferent form. Don't need it right now.
secret agent girl wrote:Does it seem like my xpap problems are more due to insomnia or mechanics?
"Compliance."
In re: mechanics, Barry thinks that SDB has "mysterious features" that can only be resolved by "complex algorithms". I don't. And I didn't subscribe to that even before the "expiratory instability" debacle. You apply 50 hours of concentrated support to
anybody and you'll achieve compliance.
secret agent girl wrote:About your reminder...are you referring to the amount of sleep per night, or does it mean you are holding open the possibility my OSA is mild?
I think one needs to look at the net result of their entire approach in order to arrive at a rational decision.
