Same problem. Since I didn't pay for the premium. It only allows me to see one device. All the stuff from my CPAP days are gone. I do have a couple of screenshots from the early days but that's it.

Re: I'm Back and Looking for More Help
So, I promise I'm not trying to make it difficult but I have gotten a new computer since I had the cpap and the bilevel has a different sd card. Below is all I have left of the cpap data.

Re: I'm Back and Looking for More Help
Where would I find that? They only ever sent me the actual report in my Kaiser portal.

I'll ask them if they will send that to me.

Re: I'm Back and Looking for More Help
At the least, get the actual Watch-PAT sleep report. The Kaiser report is from the interface to the Watch-PAT software, and hey, mistakes happen.
Specifically, your oxygen level is too low for your age (even for Colorado Springs (BTW you're also politically unaffiliated, right?)). And for such a (apparently) horrible case of OSA you dramatically improved on low-level CPAP (or did you really?). Your current machine and pressure selections are totally absurd, but WTF I ain't the CPAP police. It doesn't affect what I'm doing.
Skipping ahead to the end of the story, IMO what you really need is to get off xPAP for a couple days to get rid of the hysteresis effect and get a real in-lab NPSG. A split if necessary (must be done correctly tho). Also get a PFT.
Re: I'm Back and Looking for More Help
No, it's not THAT.
The good (better) weather is here and not a time to be staring at a computer screen all day.
Or at all.

I'm confused, what do my politics have to do with anything?Nocibur wrote: ↑Tue Mar 18, 2025 2:14 am

Are there any settings I should try instead?
I did request an in lab study but I'm waiting to hear back.

Re: I'm Back and Looking for More Help
I suggested that you needed to keep a sleep log some months ago back when before you were switched from APAP to the VAUTO machine. I suspected back then that your problem was more bad sleep than anything to do with less-than-optimally treated sleep apnea since there were no obstructive events scored during the periods when you were most clearly asleep. That still appears to be the case now that you are on the VAUTO machine.
If your problem is bad sleep rather than less-than-optimally treated OSA, the data needed to address the bad sleep problem would be found in a sleep log rather than by looking at waveflow from your machine.
So perhaps you could try to be better about keeping a simple sleep log for a week or two? Here's what I suggested way back when about keeping a sleep log:
And for what it's worth, I agree with Nocibur that your current settings don't seem to make much sense. But having said that: Subjectively do you find the VAUTO with min EPAP Pressure = 15cm, max IPAP = 22, and PS = 7 any easier to get to sleep with than you were finding the APAP when your pressures were down in the 8-10 range?robysue1 wrote: ↑Mon Sep 09, 2024 7:24 pmKeep a simple sleep log. This can be done on paper or in an Excel spreadsheet. Each row of the log/spreadsheet is divided into two basic parts: Part 1 is to be completed just before you go to bed each night; part 2 is to be completed when you wake up and get out of bed the next morning.
Part 1 (night-time entries) contains columns for the following information:Part 2 (morning entries) contains columns for the following information
- Quick assessment of how you felt during the daytime. Use a simple scale 0 = Awful in terms of excess sleepiness, 5 = Really good with lots of energy all day long.
- Number of naps, time and length of each nap. Note: If you are working with a professional, they will tell you to try to avoid all daytime napping.
- Time and dose of any medication you took outside of whatever you take on a daily basis at regular times. It's also worth noting if you have any caffeine after lunch or any alcohol during the day/evening.
- Time you physically went to bed.
Note that AHI data from the CPAP is NOT a necessary part of this sleep log. Yeah, you can keep track of that in the log if you want to, but the purpose of the log is to teach your body about what kind of things are potentially causing the insomnia to be better or worse on particular nights.
- Quick assessment of how you feel immediately upon getting out of bed for the day. Use a simple scale 0 = Awful as in it subjectively feels like you got little or no sleep, 5 = Bright eyed and busy-tailed and ready to start the day.
- Time out of bed---as in when you get out of bed.
- Estimated time it took you to get to sleep. This is a subjective estimate. A range of time is fine, and remember to not clock watch in an effort to get a precise estimate. What you're looking for is whether you feel like you're spending too long trying to get to sleep at the beginning of the night.
- Estimated number of times you woke up during the night. Again, this doesn't have to be precise or even accurate. You want to record your impression. Do you remember only a couple of wakes? Or does it seem like you woke up at least 6 or 7 times?
- A estimated time for how long you feel like you slept during the night OR (if it is easier) an estimated time for the total amount of time you were awake during the night after you first fell asleep. Either one of these will do. Typically you can estimate 5-10 minutes of wake time for each wake you remember if you don't feel like it took you an excessive amount of time to get back to sleep. If you remember having a restless period, just estimate the whole period that you felt like you were tossing and turning.
- Any comments you want to make about how you felt during the night. If aerophagia is a problem, that's worth noting. If you wake up with a headache or a back ache or other pain, that's worth noting. If you usually wake up in some kind of pain and you wake up without that pain, that's worth noting. If you know fighting leaks kept you awake for a significant amount of time that's worth noting.

Re: I'm Back and Looking for More Help
It's not your politics, it's your failure to redact your personal info. You need to get some sleep.
IMO you need to stop DWing and figure out exactly what you're trying to fix before you try to fix it.Are there any settings I should try instead?
