Re: Supplemental O2 ?
Max pressure should be at 20 unless you have extenuating circumstances.

There is a different school of thought:

I have no idea what you're babbling about. OP had an OAI of *ZERO*
You don't appear to have looked at the graph that I'm referring to, and instead have dredged up something entirely irrelevant.

Re: Supplemental O2 ?
Tan, I find that although you're a newbie here, you seem to have come in with many definitive ideas about things, and when someone gives a diff. opinion (based on things you may not be aware of) you jump on how wrong they are. Maybe it would be a good idea to stop and listen a while before sounding off, great as your info sources may be under many circumstances.
Re: Supplemental O2 ?
sorry (not actually) to have pissed on your territory, Julie, but what value do your many thousands posts and your seniority have if you simply cannot recognize, for example, what a severe impact on sleep high RDI can have? And if I have a definitive idea, it may be because I tested it on myself.Julie wrote: ↑Sat Feb 08, 2020 2:49 pmTan, I find that although you're a newbie here, you seem to have come in with many definitive ideas about things, and when someone gives a diff. opinion (based on things you may not be aware of) you jump on how wrong they are. Re: Supplemental O2 ?
you appeared babbling that machine increases pressure only in response to FLs in general ("it's not apneas, hypos, snores"). But if you babbled only about that specific case ("it's not the apneas, hypos, snores"), then - okay.

The fact that you have failed to comprehend the post that you replied to is completely on YOU.tan wrote: ↑Sat Feb 08, 2020 4:13 pmyou appeared babbling that machine increases pressure only in response to FLs in general ("it's not apneas, hypos, snores"). Why would I say "the whole night, FLs seem to be what's mainly driving pressure increases" if I were speaking in general?
Especially given that I have, repeatedly, stated the four breathing events that actually cause pressure increases with auto machines.

Re: Supplemental O2 ?
your babbling naturally suffers from imprecision of languages you demand of others, and thus is open to various interpretations. Man, are you sure you have your apnea fully treated? You sound way unhappy and angry all the time every time I stop by this forum. But have a good day, sir.palerider wrote: ↑Sat Feb 08, 2020 4:33 pmThe fact that you have failed to comprehend the post that you replied to is completely on YOU.tan wrote: ↑Sat Feb 08, 2020 4:13 pmyou appeared babbling that machine increases pressure only in response to FLs in general ("it's not apneas, hypos, snores").
