It looks like maybe you have the vertical dimension of the panel too high, so it's hard to see the graph clearly.

When you zoom in, you should only enlarge the horizontal.

When you get a chance, try shrinking it so you get something that looks like what I posted, and then post another fragment at around 1 or 4 AM from the 24th.

Notice any difference in quality of sleep?

I slept well except when I woke up with the OA's I had. Still working with the snip size.

Note that clustering of OAs suggests some positional problem; like chin tucking. Common and cheap solution: soft cervical collar.

I been using an "Elimanator Sleep Cusion" for about 8 weeks. Maybe I need to tighten a bit. I most always sleep on my right side. I also, eventhough I deep sleep up to 2hrs, still have brainfog in the mornings and sometimes need to lay down in the afternoon for a while. Also, do you think my settings are correct with moderate OSA? :D

How do you know how much deep sleep you get?

I wear a "Fitbit" watch. I don't know how accurate it is but I feel a little better when it shows 2 hrs or more.

I would keep raising min PS, slowly and incrementally, and see how you do.

So, for sake of argument, keep this setting for a few nights, then raise it by 0.2 for another few nights, etc.

Even though my numbers are pretty good I'm still a little fuzzy & tired. Just not feeling like me, yet! Maybe I just need more time??

sorry i'm too lazy to look back. you've been on the machine how long?

it can take some time to feel the goodness of the therapy. it's one of those 'your mileage may vary" type of things. if you've only been on the machine since your first forum visit, that would certainly be too soon to expect improvement.

give it some time and see how it goes.

but i think you've got this.

How do the breaths look? Rounded, or jagged?

Beyond that question, it does seem you're consistently waking up a lot. Any thoughts on why?

It could be that you do indeed need more time.

I also suspect more min PS wouldn't hurt, and would likely help.

Waking up that often could itself be evidence of less than ideal therapy.

this may sound like a smart ass question, but it's not. do you wake up to pee? or do you wake up and decide you may as well pee?

differences are crucial. as slowriter points out, this is one of the symptoms of sleep apnea. it generally goes away once you have your therapy dialed in.

yet to this day, more often than not, i get up. just the once. and it is always a case with me of "i may as well as long as i'm awake.". yet there are times when i just sleep through it.

I usually wake up once to pee, and then when I wake up again, I might as well pee :D I haven't been dialed in but for about 3 or 4 weeks. I don't want to speak to early, but I think I'm getting better, thanks to this forum!!!
