Brain Fog & Tired
Re: Brain Fog & Tired
Could you post a 2-minute close up of the flow rate graph, right around midnight?

Re: Brain Fog & Tired
well, we can certainly see that your ahi has gone down dramatically! so that's good news.
more importantly, how are you sleeping? are you feeling better upon wake up?
this my take some time until your brain and body can feel better. so be on the lookout for any improvement you may feel.
good luck!

Re: Brain Fog & Tired
I've never done a close up before. Hope this is what you asked for.
Re: Brain Fog & Tired
Concerning how am I sleeping and feeling.
I go to sleep around 11:30 and get up around 7am. At first I feel pretty rested, but after a cup of coffee and a little breakfast I start to get brain fog. Some days are worse than others, but after an hour or so I come around.

Re: Brain Fog & Tired
interesting. well, keep an eye on it and see if you slowly improve. if you want to be a complete nerd about it, you could keep a journal. write down every morning how you feel before you check your numbers. bet you'll find yourself slowly trending towards feeling better.TCB wrote: ↑Mon Dec 23, 2019 1:25 pmConcerning how am I sleeping and feeling.

Re: Brain Fog & Tired
That's a start, but you posted an 8+ minute duration. See at top left?
Also, I don't need the left sidebar on that view.
Actually, now that I think about, a minute would be even better. Something like this.

Re: Brain Fog & Tired
I was just curious what the shape of your breaths look like; whether they are rounded (like the example I posted), or not. I actually can't tell, but you can look for yourself if you zoom in further.
In any case, you might experiment with still higher PS and see what impact it has; both on the quality of your sleep, and also on your AHI.

Re: Brain Fog & Tired
FYI, the titration protocol for BiPAP machines is included in this document. So their suggested starting points for PS min and max are 4 and 8. I have no personal experiences to compare against this, but might be helpful to know?

Re: Brain Fog & Tired
Thank you so much! Here is another graph expanded more. Looks like mine is a little spikey?? Have a Merry Christmas
Re: Brain Fog & Tired
Yes, and so would support my suggestion you should experiment with higher PS. Give it a try and see what happens?
Maybe even follow the suggestion from respironics on min and max?

Re: Brain Fog & Tired
Zoom in more, about half that number of breaths showing.
Get OSCAR
Accounts to put on the foe list: dataq1, clownbell, gearchange, lynninnj, mper!?, DreamDiver, Geer1, almostadoctor, sleepgeek, ajack, stom, mogy, D.H., They often post misleading, timewasting stuff.

Re: Brain Fog & Tired
What happened to the rest of the breaths?

Re: Brain Fog & Tired
I hope I got my graph correct this time. Also I have attached last nights readings which are from the information you sent. Thanks again!!! What could have caused the OA's ?
