I usually wake up once to pee, and then when I wake up again, I might as well pee :D I haven't been dialed in but for about 3 or 4 weeks. I don't want to speak to early, but I think I'm getting better, thanks to this forum!!!
sounds good to me.

I haven't posted since Dec. but I still have a little brain fog unless my AHI is below 3.
I posted 2 graphs because I don't understand why with same settings they would be so different.

Thanks!

Because we all sleep differently night to night.
You have to look at trends. If your events start trending up then you look for a reason.
I would guess your graphs bounce around somewhat night to night. Mine sure do.
Check your Overview graph for any trend.

Might try a little more minimum if you want to. Can always go back down if it doesn't work for you.

Thanks. I'll go to PS4. My sleep study revealed moderate OSA back in August '19. That said are the CA's or VS2 important?

I am no expert. Here is a Thread that gives some good information.

CA's can not be treated with pressure. You are not having enough to worry about.
Almost everyone has some. Do not worry unless they get out of hand.
Yours are definitely not out of hand. :)

Go here and watch the videos. See if your CAs/centrals are real asleep centrals or not.
Also note that while it talks mainly about centrals...any category event can be a false positive.

It very well could be that your sleep quality isn't all that great. I am seeing 2 breaks in therapy in the reports above so at least twice where you woke up and turned the machine off. Some of the centrals/CAs are flagged in clusters right around known wake times...highly suspicious of SWJ sleep/wake/junk false positives.
More of a symptom of poor sleep quality than the cause of poor sleep quality.

Do you take any medications of any kind? If so, what?
Do you have any other health problems that might impact your sleep and/or how you feel during the day?

Do you have a Windows computer? You can use Encore Pro with the ST machine but it's only available for Windows.

I've taken 600mg of Gabapentin for RLS for about 2 years around 8:30 PM. &100mg of Synthroid @ 6Am. I don't drink, or smoke.
