Well I guess thats something to aim for.
It's rare, and I don't try for it. I don't really feel much different anywhere from 0.0 to 1.5... and when I get much over 2, I definitely feel it the next day.
Trying to get a zero night is an exercise in diminishing returns. The closer you get, the less difference it makes...

Palerider, you use a P10 nasal ? the head strap doesn't stay tight for long. Is there an alternative strap
that would fit or another version like the P10 airlift that has a better head strap?
I've been using the P10 for a few years, (though I've been testing the Bleep Dreamport for the last couple weeks) and what I've settled on doing is to have a few of the headgear straps, (off ebay) and every week or so, I'll take the strap off, and throw it in the laundry, and put on different on, then when then laundry comes out of the dryer, I toss that strap back in with the others... so I cycle through them.
Washing them causes them to shrink, and doing it regularly seems to increase the lifespan.
